returned from vacation and had a short time to get the back flow tests completed. In a matter of a few days these guys tested both and got the certificates filed. I wasn't sure what wrath the city would put on me if I was late but I'm glad I didn't have to find out. Thanks 1st Fire Safety!

Excellent customer service! They did our annual backflow testing and paperwork. They were very friendly, able to come out within just a few days, completed the service as planned and provided a quick and simple online payment option. (I am surprised by the number of small businesses that still ask for cash or check.)

I have a couple of restaurants in Austin and I have had a number of companies each year to conduct fire and safety inspections as well as exhaust hood inspections. By far this guys are the best. They are on time, friendly and available to answer questions whenever a need arises. You pay what was quoted not a penny more unlike the previous two companies I had to deal with. It is rare to find organization and individuals with such high level of honesty and integrity.

We are a foster family and received a fire extinguisher free of charge from Steven last year. This month it needed inspected to keep our license current and he dropped off a new inspected fire extinguisher the next day after I texted him! I told Steven that literally everything about foster care is hard...except getting a properly sized and inspected fire extinguisher.

I don't know how they do it but I am soooo glad they do. Do not buy the ones at Home Depot or Walmart they are not the correct ones. Call Steven and tell him what size house you have and he will figure out what size extinguisher and how many you need. So easy!

Steve responded to my request very fast then John stopped by to do the maintenance work on the fire extinguishers and kitchen fire suppression system.
