Needed a leaky hot water heater valve fixed, flex hose replaced, new pan, and something on top of tank I cant remember right now. One company quoted me $1400, offered to cut me a deal for $400. When I talked to this company they quoted me about $600. They were prompt. Did great work. Went above and beyond teaching me how to turn hot water heater and water on and off (first time buying a home). AND they charged me less than the quote! Considerably so. Will definitely be calling this company when I need plumbing work done.

They were my lowest bid for replacing my hot water line that was leaking in my foundation. They did excellent work, very neat and cleaned up after themselves when done. They worked fast and got the job done in record time. Very happy with 1st Class Plumbing.

Bewildered by harsh, negative reviews! Travis is a 2-man operation-- right there is the """"clue"""" to be patient. He's worth it. Travis let me know he was running late Wed., thus had to reschedule to today. When I checked in during our ETA-- we were next. Plumbing is akin to car mechanics (I work on my car) as you never know what you'll find when you get in there. Hence, it pays to be patient w/ plumbers. Travis indeed came by today, let me watch & learn while he worked. Always polite, professional. Got the job done, even though fixtures were old school (metal, not plastic) efficiently, no-nonsense, no drama. Knew precisely how to tackle the metal puzzle facing us. Pleasantly fair prices. Thank you Travis for an uplifting repair job. Will recommend you A+ in our 2,800-strong Beulah neighborhood gaggle group.

These guys saved the day! They came out quickly to fix a water leak, from trouble shooting to see where it was originating from to fixing the issue the entire team was great! Sometimes you have technicians come out and do work and leave a mess, not these guys, they clean up after the jobs done. True professionals in there trade and we are very great full for them! 5/5, would recommend again!

Horrible owner. Spoke to him a few times and flakes. He sets up a schedule and will not show up. Then he promises will do the job we agreed on and never shows up and NEVER CALLS. Did it to me and my manager who manages my rental property more than several times and i gave up. I dont know why I kept giving him a chance.

This company does not live up to its name. The plumber did not show for the job, nor did he call to reschedule. You may have better luck.

By far the biggest flake in Pensacola. Please do not go through this company for plumbing services. I've tried multiple times to schedule plumbing services with this guy and he keeps no showing. It's the worst company ever! Complete garbage!

I have used this company now for over a year. The owner and staff are very professional. They have always done an outstanding job for me. They are very fair with their pricing and will not take advantage of you. The owner came out after normal business hours to fix my issue. They have done a lot of plumbing for me to include new toilets, faucets, and helped me fix leaks. They are very knowledgeable and I would trust them to do a professional job! Highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you may have!

A company this good is worth waiting for. I caught Travis at busy time but I'm very glad I waited. We are extremely satisfied with the installing his company did for our home including putting in a designated line for our kitchen in order to add a gas range and checking out our other gas appliances while on location. Yes we did wait an extra few days but the reason he is busy is that he is known to do an expert professional installation with courtesy. I'd wait in line for this type of service. His people can maintain whatever we have as well so I feel confident of having good help in the future. Joe and Cody were awesome doing this install and even cleaned up everywhere they worked. I couldn't tell they'd been there. A 1st Class company!
