We have used First Choice for a plumbing issue and when our furnace stopped working. When our bathtub drain started leaking, we called Brendan. He came out, did a quick estimate, and made the repair. A few years later, we started having issues again. He came right out and made the repair. It was because the materials being used so many years ago were not as good as the newer stuff. He assured us we should not see this problem again. When our furnace stopped working a few months ago (of course it was during a cold snap), First Choice sent someone, I think the technician's name was Kathy. She was very professional, and even though the problem was not obvious, she worked at it until she got it working again. Unfortunately, that was not the only issue, which became apparent a few days later when the furnace quit working again. Kathy came back, and at no extra charge except for the part, made the additional repair. I would definitely call this company again as well as recommend them to everyone I know!

The gentleman who showed up was professional, efficient and thorough - we had an outdoor water spicket (bib) replaced entirely. That required indoor soldering, rerouting, and testing. Great job, done quick, and he was patient while we moved some storage items out of the way.

Would never allow this company to clear a drain they came with a small snake over two hours working a grease clog no cleared drain tried to tell me it was a garbage disposal!. I asked for a bigger snake they offered hydro jetter no thankyou called another company! could have flooded house or make a huge mess!~ not to mention the smell of feces in my kitchen! I am serious! Next day I used another company it was done in 1 hour and no smell no mess no excuses! cheaper is not better! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR~! the tech was really jumpy and paranoid maybe he was stoned who knows!

This used to be a good company ..... until they got GREEDY!

Quoted me a ridiculous charge that I knew was way too much for the
job I wanted done.

When I said ""Thanks"" but ""No Thanks"" they tried to hit me with a
$50 ""TRIP FEE"". LOL. Unless they inform you UPFRONT about any trip fee if you decline service for any reason after they show up you are not liable for any of that BS.

Handyman.com will get my plumbing business from now on!

Phi came out to my house and did a good job - it wasn't cheap; it cost a bit more than what I expected going into it, but he did a good job and was very nice. He also came up with a good permanent way to solve a problem I was expecting to have over and over.

Maybe Brendan does a good job, but he sent out his workers to repair a leak. What should have been a simple repair ended up costing over $300/hour. Not $300 total, but $300 PER hour! When I questioned the amount, Brendan sent some flip answer about the cost of doing business. Really? Ever heard about customer service? To top it off, the leak wasn't completely fixed and had to have someone else fix. Such BS.

Brandon and Team are the best. I have been doing all our plumbing jobs with them since we moved to Parker many years ago.

We needed at home plumbing services again today, so I called them, they answered right away and set the appointment with me at my earliest convenience.

Today they came, they gave us a good estimate before starting, did a fantastic job, cleaned after themselves, And when they left, I have the certainty that I will call them again and will have the same experience.

I was remodeling my kitchen and needed a plumber to shut off the gas and water. They gave be a very reasonable quote thus I scheduled.

The 1st day, they arrived early and quickly did the job. On the last day, my flooring people finished early thus I called to see if they could come over earlier and they did. In addition, I was struggling trying to get my dishwasher from the garage to the kitchen and they quickly helped and in addition, helped me level my gas stove when put in place.

They were so over-the-top helpful and pleasant! After several bad experiences with local plumbers, I have found my favorite plumber firm!
