I left two messages on 3/30.about having my water heater replaced starting at about 10 am. When I didn't get a return call I went on the web site to request a quote that evening. I had hoped to use this company after reading all the good reviews. I called again on 4/1. It's 4/4 and I still haven't received a return call. Had Sears install my new water heater on 4/2.

We have used Linneer at 1st choice plumbing on two different occasions. Both times the seevice has been excellent. Linneer has always called as a reminder for an upcoming appointment, gotten to our house on time and has had no problem fixing any plumbing problem thrown at him. He has always been a pleasure to talk to also. We will miss him as we are moving to Colorado, but, i truthfully feel DC is lucky to have a plumber like Linneer

From start to finish, working with this company was easy. We needed plumbing work done prior to tenants moving in and this company was able to schedule us quickly and arrived in a timely manner. Sooooo I never write reviews, but after the exceptional service I received from Linneer today, I had to do so! My water heater was acting up and I didn't have hot water in my house.The plumber I previously called flaked on me so I had to find someone quickly. This was the first company that popped up on yelp when I searched for ""water heater repair"" so I called him up. Told him my problem and he said he could come out on Friday. I just started a new job and had to take off today to get this done so taking off again wasn't going to work. I told him that I'm only free today and he said ok he'll be right over. Thirty minutes later he was at my house and 2 hours later he was walking out my door having completed the job! His price was fair, he was extremely nice and very transparent on what needed to be done. What else could you ask for! I have a new toilet that needs to be installed so I'll definitely call him for that. I think I just found my go-to plumber!

Quick, professional, and affordable. I couldn't ask for anything more from a plumber. We had a problem with the water pressure coming out of our kitchen faucet. The owner returned my message from vacation and scheduled an appointment for the following week. The morning of the appointment he called to confirm and showed up exactly on time. The problem turned out to be a valve under the sink which he diagnosed and fixed in less than five minutes for a very, very reasonable price. He also referred me to a sprinkler company for a different issue, because the sprinkler folks would probably be able to do that job cheaper than he could. Really appreciate the professionalism and quick service!

After reading the reviews on Yelp, I decided to contact 1st Choice Plumbing. I don't typically write reviews, but I had a great experience with 1st Choice Plumbing that I couldn't help myself, but writing this review. Lineer, the owner, did a great job being punctual and professional. He called 30 min ahead of time to let me know that he was on his way as scheduled. He thoroughly explained the drainage issue in my bathroom. He fixed all of the problems right on time. I strongly recommend 1st Choice Plumbing!
