I had a minor plumbing leak. Other companies wanted to charge me an outlandish amount of money just to come out and tell me how much they would charge me to fix it. Linneer came out the following day and fixed my minor leak for less than what the other companies wanted to charge me just to come give me a price quote. Workmanship and customer service was excellent! I highly recommend this company! Linneer is a true professional.

Best plumber in the area!! Hands down! Hes been to my house a few times now and the best plumber is an understatement. Very hard worker, smart, convienent, understanding, and he stays til your happy and the job is complete. Just not enough good things I can say about this plumber. Great service as described by other reviewers. Showed up on time and fixed the problem. He was easy to schedule with as well which was surprising given the 5-star rating.

He even gave a 30-minute call prior to arriving which was a nice heads up.

$25.00 standard charge for coming out which is applied to any repairs, etc.

Most times when I call a contractor, plumber or electrician they want to charge about $100 just to show up and diagnose a problem. I called Linneer after reading his Yelp reviews and he said $25. So far so good. Then he says, if you need any work done I'll put that $25 toward the work. Nice! He showed up, we looked at the dishwasher first because hat was my main concern. But then since he was here I asked can we check out the slow sinks in the two bathrooms, the showers and tubs, the hot water heater, etc... He checked everything out, stopped a very minor leak on the hot water heater, made some adjustments, when all was said and done he said I just needed some new supply lines under the sink. He said it's simple, you could probably do it yourself. I said come on man you showed up here, gave me all your knowledge for free, fixed a few things, i want you to at least make a tank of gas of of me. He charged me $50 and the $25 for the initial visit was credited toward that. I wish I could clone him and send the clones to school for other home services because it is rare to find someone so nice, honest, accessible, friendly, etc.. I hope he reads these so he knows how thankful i am even though i also told him in person.

The Yelp reviews were a big decision in me choosing 1st Choice. I am so glad that I did. Mr. Mabry restored my water after it had been off for 13 days. (That's a long story about frozen pipes and a missed diagnosis from WSSC.) He is very, very professional and highly skilled. Please look no further for a plumber, the company name says it all. This should be your 1st Choice.

Linneer is THE BEST. After having been through three previous plumbers to try to handle our myriad of issues, I was beyond discouraged. Talking to Linneer for 10 minutes on the phone in advance of our appointment-- and I was already feeling better about our situation. Linneer communicated with me throughout the process, was open and honest about what scenarios could play out, and walked me through exactly what the issues were when he located them. He was beyond professional and a delight to work with. We will absolutely be utilizing Linneer for any future plumbing needs.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Being a new home owner in an unfamiliar area I can't emphasize how hard it is to build a network of trusted services for all the random things you need to get done around the house.

We called Linneer based on reviews here and were not disappointed. We used him in August for a sewage line blockage that ended up having the involve the county. Linneer was extremely helpful, accurate and honest about pricing and what actually needed to be done. He walked us through anything he was going to do, gave us pointers on how to fix other unrelated plumbing issues instead of trying to sell us something, and his advice to get the county involved ultimately saved us $550.

As I'm writing this we are dealing with a burst (frozen) pipe in the basement, and we have already scheduled with 1st Choice again.

I checked Yelp for a plumbing company and decided on 1st Choice Plumbing based on their reviews. While I was able to have a friend unclog the toilet, I will call Linneer if I have any other plumbing problem.
I called past 10 pm, left a message, and the next morning at 8:15-ish, I received a call from Linneer. I told him I managed to fix it and he was very courteous, saying he was happy I managed to save some money. Though I can't directly address his actual work, his ethic and courteousness speak volumes, particularly when paired with all the other reviews of Linneer's excellent work.

I found Linneer through yelp--and I trust all of my fellow yelpers so I had to give him a call! Our kitchen sink has been slowed to drain since our yearly massive halloween party. We tried an electrical snake 1 week into the blockage and it just made it worst... we had to succumb to the plumbing gods and get professional help on it. I called Linneer 9 am on Saturday, and I received a return call about 1 hr later. He said he was booked for the entire day and doesn't work on Sundays--Shucks.. cuz at this point, there was no more drainage--- i was dumping buckets out of the sink! Linneer could sense my pain through the phone I believe, so he said he'll come on Sunday at 7 am, and give us a ring before hand. He does free estimates, but since it was a Sunday run, he'll charge $200 for a cleaning fee. Also, if he couldn't fix it, he wouldn't charge.. and the cherry on top, 30 days guarantee for the work! Sounds like a win-win for me, we had a dinner party (yes, sans plumbing), and lets say we were in no condition to greet Linneer at 7 am! Instead of making us feel awkward, he just says ""looks like you guys had fun last night""--staring at all the dozens of bottles scattered around the kitchen counter. At that point, we knew he was our man! He fixed our sink, and changed all the necessary parts. 1.5 hr later, we have plumbing again! I would highly suggest him for all your plumbing needs-- you can't complain with free estimates and a Sunday call, and.. no judgements :-).
