Absolutely should be your first choice. With a 60 year old house we had a lot of small issues we had been putting off for the four years we had lived here. Had quotes over the years from the big guys but ask seemed high so kept delaying. Well this morning we knocked out half the list at reasonable price after he helped us prioritize. Highly recommend for ALL plumbing issues.

I called 1st Choice Plumbing based on all of the favorable reviews I read on this site. He came out the next day and addressed all of my needs including a leaky faucet I asked him about while he was there to fix the other items. Linneer is extremely attentive and professional! His prices are very reasonable. I have used some of the big name plumbers who constantly advertise and they did not do as good of a job as Linneer did. He has become my plumber of choice and I highly recommend him!!!

Found this vendor on YELP and decided to give him a call based on all the positive reviews. He charged us nearly $400 for about an hour and a half of work. No problem...as long as the issue got fixed. Snaked a line in our home and ran some basic tests afterward to show that the drain was cleared. We specifically asked, ""but what if the problem occurs again. is your work guaranteed?"" He basically side stepped the question with a response like, ""Just call me and we'll see what we can do."" About a day or so later...we had the same problem and called to tell him that our basement was again flooding when we flushed the toilet and ran washing machine at same time. Despite repeated attempts to contact him...he never returned the call. Had two different relatives contact him regarding a quote...just to guage whether he was intentionally avoiding us...and he called them both back immediately. I would have been fine if he had even just called back to discuss the issue. Even if he had only called to say that he didn't think the current issue was at all related to the former. Instead, his lack of a response was evident that he'd made a couple of dollars off of us...and wasn't interested in coming back to retrace his work. We ended up doing some research online and fixed it ourselves. $400 wasted and our trust in this company ruined for good! Just goes to show that you cannot put complete faith in the reviews you read about a company.

OMG. 1st Choice is Excellent. I found him on Yelp and based on the reviews and his price we hired him. I have to say he is EXCELLENT. EXCELLENT. EXCELLENT. If I could give him more stars than 5 I would. If you need a plumber, 1st Choice should be your FIRST CHOICE!!

I specifically searched for a great plumbing service on Yelp, because I have had great experiences from Yelp reviewed businesses. Thus, I found 1st Choice Plumbing. I was excited because perhaps I could find a company that I could trust to be responsive, honest and fair.

I clicked on the website listed on Yelp, filled out their online contact form on their first page and requested a quote, or at least the initiation of some form of communication. I did this last week. I am still waiting. I then submitted a second communication through their home page contact form, and nothing.

I will definitely revise this review whenever they decide that contacting me back is a good idea.

I had a minor plumbing leak. Other companies wanted to charge me an outlandish amount of money just to come out and tell me how much they would charge me to fix it. Linneer came out the following day and fixed my minor leak for less than what the other companies wanted to charge me just to come give me a price quote. Workmanship and customer service was excellent! I highly recommend this company! Linneer is a true professional.

Lived in my house for 30 years and finally found a great plumber who stands behind hi work.

Have had second rate plumbers that caused me thousands in repairs because of a drain backup that was supposed to have been fixed.

1st Choice came out and cleared the drain completely instead of just partially.

Best plumber in the area!! Hands down! Hes been to my house a few times now and the best plumber is an understatement. Very hard worker, smart, convienent, understanding, and he stays til your happy and the job is complete. Just not enough good things I can say about this plumber. All I can say is, if you want a plumber, you want the job done right and at a great price, CALL HIM! Dont hesitate!! Pickup the phone and dial him now.

Great service as described by other reviewers. Showed up on time and fixed the problem. He was easy to schedule with as well which was surprising given the 5-star rating.

He even gave a 30-minute call prior to arriving which was a nice heads up.

$25.00 standard charge for coming out which is applied to any repairs, etc.

Most times when I call a contractor, plumber or electrician they want to charge about $100 just to show up and diagnose a problem. I called Linneer after reading his Yelp reviews and he said $25. So far so good. Then he says, if you need any work done I'll put that $25 toward the work. Nice! He showed up, we looked at the dishwasher first because hat was my main concern. But then since he was here I asked can we check out the slow sinks in the two bathrooms, the showers and tubs, the hot water heater, etc... He checked everything out, stopped a very minor leak on the hot water heater, made some adjustments, when all was said and done he said I just needed some new supply lines under the sink. He said it's simple, you could probably do it yourself. I said come on man you showed up here, gave me all your knowledge for free, fixed a few things, i want you to at least make a tank of gas of of me. He charged me $50 and the $25 for the initial visit was credited toward that. I wish I could clone him and send the clones to school for other home services because it is rare to find someone so nice, honest, accessible, friendly, etc.. I hope he reads these so he knows how thankful i am even though i also told him in person.
