He shows up in the timeframe promised and diligently does what is needed to solve the issue at hand. If you ever need this type of service, he should be the first one to contact. First Choice Plumbing and Mr. Linneer were excellent. He is very responsive. The day of my appointment, he called to say that the appointment before me cancelled and he could come to my house earlier. I was happy to hear that. He arrived on time, assessed the situation, calmed my nerves and repaired the problem. He had all of the equipment and supplies on his truck, he made the repair quick without fuss and muss while I was able to participate on my work Zoom call without interruption. I am definitely having him come back to replace toilets and any other repairs I can find.

I'm late with this review. Mr. Mabry of 1st Choice Plumbing did an excellent job running water lines for a washer and installing a utility sink in my basement this past April. His price was reasonable and he was very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and personable.

I needed 2 toilets replaced; looking at his reviews he was the man for the job. We had a window of time scheduled and gave me a call when he was on his way. He arrived masked up and even had the shoe coverings to protect my floor ready to go. Even though toilets are pretty simple, he was patient with my questions regrading them; and plumbing in general. As the saying goes...""the more you know."" Hopefully I won't need to see him again; but if there's a problem with the pipes, I'll be giving him a call.

We sent some photos of a leaking drain line to Lineer. Even though there were reasons he wouldn't be able to take on the project, he was willing arrange a call and gave us his thoughts and advice. I'm a new homeowner in DC and just came across my first plumbing issue...actually, issues! After scouring the internet for reviews (yelp, Angie's List, Google) I found Linneer. His reviews were amazing, and he didn't disappoint! Linneer was very communicative via email and text, and when he arrived on site he was safe (mask on, due to COVID), answered all of my questions, and didn't leave until I understood exactly what was wrong, what next steps were needed, and how each issue could be fixed. He has such a deep knowledge of his trade, and he was incredibly honest and helpful. It turned out one of our issues was easily fixable by buying a replacement part from Home Depot. When he left I programmed his number in my phone for all future plumbing issues. What a positive experience!

Another company said they would have to create a new mount for the expansion tank on my water heater if they were to replace it, and recommended I instead go to Home Depot and ""do it myself"" sans mount since their work would be so costly. I asked for an estimate anyway and they never followed up.

Linneer came to give me an estimate, said he had the right replacement tank in his truck, and quickly replaced it. He explained exactly why the other company was off the mark in their assessment of what was required. All for a very reasonable price. And he's a nice, friendly guy to boot! Highly recommended.
