Mike and Nico were both consummate professionals - patient with my dog's ""supervision"" and cleaning up as they go, putting things back if they moved them, leaving no trace of mess. They were done in the time quoted and answered any question we came up with for installing the ductless mini splits.

They had to come back a few days later because my hot water heater unexpectedly died, and they came the SAME DAY we called (despite telling them it was no emergency!) and had it done in half a day!

I didn't get any other quotes for the hot water heater - I knew Mike and his crew would do excellent work, and I'm happy to say I was correct!
