If I could leave 0 stars I would. The company's workers on site are extremely unprofessional. Their workers have attitudes and the one who initially came to fix our bathroom sink left our bathroom a disaster. He left dirt everywhere and when I called back to have him clean up the mess, he came back with zero supplies to clean and asked what we expect him to do. We ended up with the drain stopper not working at all on the sink that he apparently ""fixed"" and water will not go down the sink which was not an issue prior to him removing our entire sink. Water is leaking behind our sink as well. When we initially asked the worker for a proposal he asked us what a proposal was and all 3 workers we encountered quoted us different pricing. It's clear this company has horrible communication skills as well as professionalism. We will never recommend or use this company again.

We have used 1st Choice for several jobs over the last few years - hot water heater, new a/c unit, appliance hook-ups- and it's consistently been a good experience. They're always friendly, professional, and straightforward with pricing, the work involved and how long it will take.
