Came on time. Did the job quickly and efficiently. The ""lead"" plumber was friendly enough. He was upfront about the price, and gave a discount off from when they couldn't make the appt an earlier date.?

Heating season arrived and my boiler failed to turn on. Have used 1st choice before for an emergency water heater replacement and a backed up discharge pipe and they did a great job on both so naturally i called them on this issue and they did their usual great job. The come quickly, do what they say and charge a fair price. Will call them again when another issue comes up.

I have been using them exclusively for plumbing and heating needs in Northern New Jersey for both my personal residence and rental property, since 2015. Their technicians are very professional and prompt. They come when scheduled and perform the needed services in a timely manner. I have used them for everything including installation of hot water heaters, replacing broken pipes, replacing shower and sink hardware. Their services are reasonably priced.

Nour who responded to my call on Labor Day weekend was very pleasant, calm and explained to me thoroughly what he was going to do. I appreciated his explicit details and felt confident the job was going to get done and done correctly.
He had to remove and replace the sewer pipes in my 180 year old house. He treated the job with a positive approach. Not at all making me feel like a disaster was looming ahead! The job was done with excellence and in less than 4 hours.
Should I have future plumbing issues my first choice will be First Choice Plumbing.

Our 2nd floor heat/air con needed replacing. First choice was very competitively priced and on the whole easy to deal with . The guys that did the install are hard working and courteous. I would use 1st choice again

We had a toilet that would not flush & refill properly, so my wife called them out of the blue on 8/24. I can barely even walk anymore, but have done at least a half-dozen full-tank rebuilds before, so let my wife run with it. Foolish move, as noticed this guy kept running back & forth to his truck, obviously to take items from the usual $10-$20 tank rebuild kit, to make it seem like a massive task, so after just 36 minutes, I later find a bill for $600. To top it off, they added $69 in NJ sales tax, so now am alerting NJ's Division of Taxation, to see if their 1.15% is their norm, and possibly adding to their bottom-line too.
