Mike really came through for my mom. She needed some repiping and a new water heater installed. I am in Washington state so I couldn't over see the work being done. He made it easy to work with being two states away and really worked with us on prices, which was great being that my mom's only income is social security. I just got to see his work and he did a great job. Thanks for all the great work Mike and sorry for the late review.

They are the last choice- dont hire them. Ive tried to call them for 2 days and they wont answere there phone or call me back. I called 1st choice to fix the shut off valve under my kitchen sink last week.
I made an appointment for the following week (that was the earliest they could get here).
They never showed up - they didn't call me to cancel or to reschedule my appointment. WTF?????
Not very profession. My last choice and I don't think I'd call them regardless.

I called 1st Choice Plumbing because the former owner of our condo had left several refrigerator magnets around the house and they came highly recommended from several neighbors.
I wasn't disappointed. Michael returned my call promptly and set up an appointment for later that week.
They arrived at the appointed time and ended up solving and completing the repair within hours that day.
I'm so appréciative-very friendly, helpful service, everything was explained to me and I received an estimate prior to work done.
I wish every business was this pleasant to work with.

This company rips people off who do no know better or are in a emergency. Do not use them.
And they do a terrible job at cutting Sheetrock out. Over $700 for 2' of copper and 2 fittings.

New water heater, drains cleared, new faucets replaced, and water pressure checked! They took time to explain the work they completed and walked through each area! Water leakI got in my bathroom. Called them and Michael responded immediately. Michael and Fredy did great job to detect the leaking place and changed the pipe. Michael and Fredy are very friendly and let you know what they will do and why do that. Call them if you need a good plumber! Thanks Michael and Fredy!

Not only is 1st Choice Plumbing the best plumbing company I've dealt with, they are the best company I have ever dealt with. I needed the entire house's plumbing to be repiped. I contacted five different plumbing companies. narrowed it down to two, and went with 1st Choice Plumbing due to my gut after meeting all the companies, and 1st Choice's bid was the only one that clearly defined all work to be done and all the costs involved. Fernando Rojas, (1st Choice Plumbing) from his first visit to my home, to the completion of all the work, is the ultimate professional in making sure everything was done exactly as explained to me, and in the work proposal, with excellent follow-up. Every part of the house where they needed to work from the floor to the furniture was covered, and when the job was done, they cleaned up everything. The two plumbers working on the house repipe, Jaime and Francisco did an excellent job, and it was quite obvious they take a lot of pride in their work. They were timely, professional and their work ethic was outstanding. I couldn't be happier, and I highly recommend 1st Choice plumbing!!!!

Had a slab leak back in November and mike was our first responder. Took care of us in regards to helping with insurance and ensuring our house was properly done while we were away out of state. Highly recommend these guys- super professional and do a great job!

Unprofessional.

We call for an emergency service because our drain flooded behind our washing machine. Thinking that he would come in knowledgeable.

Comes in with boots all over our carpet in and out, made marks on our white walls when he was carrying stuff up the stairs.

Basically during the whole process, he has my husband help him through it all. My husband was doing his job pretty much - moving the washer and out when they told us they had their own dollys on the phone. He had my husband turn on and off the water running up and down the stairs. My husband basically was his coworker. And we knew the minimum was going to be $300 flat.

When my husband and him wiped all the water out, the last step was to have my husband turn the water on and the guy told him he doesn't have to turn it off it would be good to go. He turns it on and then the nozzle top on the pipe bursted and water went everywhere and he was yelling to turn it off. So all of that work of them cleaning up the water, back to square one. The guy told my husband he didn't know what happened and that he doesn't work with these types of pipes. And that he can come back tomorrow and try to fix it but it'd be another charge and that we would have to replace the whole thing. WE PAID $300 for half ass labor and we didn't even get it fixed. RIDICULOUS.

We ended up going with another plumber the next day. This guy WAY BETTER. Comes in with booties automatically, way more communicative and confidentially fixing the issue which he knew exactly how to fix the bursted pipe. We didn't have to replace the whole box like the other guy said, we just needed to replace this small piece that held the nozzle on the pipe.

I wish we could get our money back from this company... but it is what it is. I do not recommend this company. Not sure why they got good reviews.
