1st choice plumbing is awesome. My husband and I had just rented our house out and the first week the new tenant moved in the main sewer line backed up. In a panic I remembered a house a block away that always had a 1st choice plumbing truck in the yard. I ran down to the house knocked on the door and asked the young man (Michael) if he could please help me out. He stopped whatever he was doing and came over right away. He worked on that line a good 2 hours and between the snake and a camera down the pipe we had discovered a huge root ball to be the problem. He was able to clear the line just enough until we were able to dig up the pipe and replace it. We was so grateful to Michael and all the time he spent with us. If I could give Michael and 1st choice 6 stars I would.

Called 1st choice Friday afternoon when our kitchen was flooded and they said they could be out Saturday at 10am. Finally, at 12 noon they called and said they couldn't make it and wanted to reschedule the appointment. All this time my kitchen and living room are flooded and I was under the impression it would be handled quickly. Terrible customer service and will never call then nor refer anyone to them

Mike came out for annual service, A/C was working fine. He told us some things that needed to be done and we figured better safe than sorry. A week later it quit working, Mike came back out ""fixed it"" and then our A/C went out again. We had Mike remove the booster he put on our A/C as the fuzes kep going out and it has been workinf fine since then. Mike said we would be getting a refund since the booster was removed as it was breaking not helping our A/C, a month later we are still waiting. We have called 4 times, 2 of which we were told he had to check with the accounting departement and the other 2 messages were left and not returned. They sure didn't mind telling us what we needed to fix/do to make it work better for more money but when it was breaking our A/C they don't seem to want to give the money back... Still waiting for my $120. will definitely NOT be calling them again or referring anyone. Unsatisfied to say the least!

Shortly after buying my new home, my air conditioning failed. Mike, at 1st Choice Plumbing came out right away and replaced both my air conditioning and furnace. Unfortunately, the next day, the house was not cooling adequately. I called Mike, he returned and crawled under my house and found an old break in the line. He quickly repaired it and now the system works perfectly. I appreciate the responsibility the company took when there was a problem.

My husband and I were very impressed with the quality of service we received from 1st Choice Plumbing. Matthew arrived at our home at the very tip top of the prescribed window. He was courteous and thorough while investigating the source of a leak in our garage. After performing a leak detection he discovered the culprit of the leak, which happened to be seeping up from the foundation. He patiently described several options at every price point, allowing my husband and I to make a very educated decision. In the end we chose to cap the cold water ground line which ran to an external spigot on the side of the garage. We were informed that this should be a temporary fix; and, as we are new homeowners we were very relieved by the way that Matthew explained that eventually it would be a project that requires some savings. But, it was not urgent. Our temporary fix cost us about $250. The final fix will run us about $3,000; we will have to run a new line along the exterior of the house according to the current water zoning laws. We are thankful to have capped the leak for a nominal fee while understanding that there is more to be done in the future. I will most certainly be calling 1st Choice again as we have more plumbing needs in our charming fixer-upper! Thank you so much Matthew! We appreciate your commitment to good service!

Another ""AMAZING"" job done by the ""1st Choice Plumbing & Restoration Team"" my company couldn't be more pleased.

We had a leak in the upstairs restroom which had slowly seeped through the flooring for weeks and we did not notice. Then one day I noticed water dripping from AC vent into our cubical working area.. along with a large drywall area.. I immediately called 1st Choice Plumbing, they did such an awesome job with my home, I knew I could trust them with my company.

Matthew & Michael came immediately found the issue, shut off the water supply lines. They then returned that evening once all employees had left. (They didn't disturb anyone's working environment, amazing!)

Their Flood & Restoration division came in and removed all restroom equipment, pulled up the floors ... which were warped, water damaged and set their equipment. Along with that process upstairs they then had to cut a significantly large hole downstairs in our (work area) ceiling to repair the leak and water damaged dry wall. Need I say not a drop of dust was left... I was in shock everything was taken care of that SAME DAY. Thankfully we noticed leak on a Friday so their restoration equipment could sit over the weekend and disinfect/dry the effected areas.

Monday at 5pm their restoration team came in and picked up the equipment and their drywall guys were also there ready to patch the hole in our ceiling! (Not to mention they even repaired a poorly done drywall patch by a previous contractor.) Great service! Their tile guys came Saturday AM to complete the tile and last but not least Matthew and his plumbing team came Sunday to set the bathroom and complete the job! Wooof... they didn't disturb a soul in our business and came through with everything they promised and more.

If you are looking for a one stop shop, look no further you have met your match. I highly recommend these professionals.

With just a little customer service or scheduling expertise we might have been able to do business. I was scheduled 3 days from my first call for an 8-10 am service call. Seems like plenty of time to get the schedule in place for a one hour service call and ensure making the appointed time. With no call from the office, I get a call from the service team 2 hours after the 2 hour window to say they are near. This would have been my first time using them but now I will never experience their superior service they seem so proud of. Plenty of other plumbers with a phone, a watch, and a calender. In the 3 calls I made to the office number, it appeared I was either interrupting the guys video game or his nap. I hope he's the owner because he would be applying for unemployment if I were.

After trying to deal with Sears first on a new water heater (I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from Sears again, the experience was that bad), these guys came in and did things right. Accommodating, responsive and knew what they were doing, which Sears clearly did not. Roughly the same price for a better unit, in and out with no fuss. They were running a little late and even had their office call to tell me they would be about 15 minutes outside their time window... which lots of service providers would not bother to do. Took the time to lay down a tarp to protect floors and to sweep up after themselves, which is both considerate and smart from a customer satisfaction perspective.

I would refer a neighbor to them without reservation.

Very prompt and courteous service. Had a fencing contractor ""discover"" a gas line in my yard. Called 1st Choice and Matthew & Mike were at my house within a couple hours and had it repaired quickly. Their prompt service not only allowed me to take a hot shower that night, but allowed the fence contractor to complete on time.
