We purchased our first home and immediately had issues. I had heard great things about this company and boy did they deliver. Cameron came out and was super thorough. He was knowledgeable and courteous. The follow-up and communication throughout the repairs was on-point and very much appreciated. Very good customer service. I will use this company for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Just absolutely terrible. They called to confirm an appointment and advised a plumber on the way. We were at home for over two hours and no one shows. When I called back the lady was rude and suggested I need to call to confirm her confirmation phone call even though we had scheduled an appointment over a week ago. Completely unprofessional, rude and dishonest. Give these guys a pass and find a reputable business.

My experience was exactly the same as that reported by Kate F. except the camera charge on a return visit would be $400 instead of her $450. An an absolute rip of. Took full advantage of my situation and charged me $714 to send a snake down the line and remove a few roots which cleared the sewer line for all of two days. Yes I agreed to their proposal but I was in no position to argue when all of my plumbing fixtures had been rendered unusable.

We had a knocking noise in the wall - coming from the heater in the garage. We called them up to check it out. And from there on out it was taking advantage of us. After the wall was opened and the binder for the pipe loosen a little bit... the knocking was still there. From there on out... it was a """"Farmers catch"""" and taking advantage of us not knowing. ...and that guy really like to hear himself talking. """"... and 99.9% and really 99.9% that Thermal expansion tank will solve the problem... and really....and 99.9% that makes the knocking sound stop...!"""" At the opening of the wall, they knew already that this is not solving the problem. So, we got this Thermal Expansion Tank for $389 plus $49 Service Charge installed, This looks like an UFO on our heater tank ...AND DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM at all!!! We paid and they left. A while later we had somebody else come over and check...a different plumber... the reason was at the kitchen sink!!! He took care of it in under an hour, less than $40. Really? But, he...""""and 99.9% it will solve the problem and ONLY, ONLY a Thermal Expansion Tank will solve the problem..."""" Honestly, if I wouldn't be so *&^%$^$* about it, I would call them to get it de-installed!!! What a rip-off!!!!!!

Ok, so this is a follow up review of 1st choice plumbing. On my previous review, my main concern was that the information given to me about what the county can and cannot do was not, in my opinion, adequately explained to me. And also the price of the service was quite a shock. However, upon further investigation, the price given is comparable to other companys. This is given that it was an emergency service on a sunday. The owner of 1st choice plumbing contacted me and we had a very intelligent conversation about what had happened and he was willing to come back out on a saturday, today as a matter of fact, and video my line and locate my line and give me the depths of the line and pinpoint where the problem areas were in fact located at. He did this at no extra charge to me in order to make me a very satisfied customer. To any homeowner who has plumbing problems of this magnitude, I am very sorry. This is not an easy or cheap fix. And regrettably is something that has to be fixed sooner rather than later if you plan on using ur toilets or any other water draining system in your house. I am very happy that 1st choice plumbing came out and tried their very best to make me a satisfied customer. The information given to me has helped me to better deal with my current problem and would indeed in fact recommend them if you have plumbing issues. But as with anything, please do your research on whatever the problem is that you have and be an informed customer. Ask questions and be as knowledgeable as is humanly possible so that when a professional, like 1st choice plumbing, comes out to your house, you have the ability to understand what they are telling you and that you know the correct questions to ask. They will be more than willing to answer any question you have if it is in their power to do so. So, the bottom line... 1st choice plumbing has made every effort to make me a satisfied customer. And they have done so. Understand that major plumbing issues are never cheap. The tools and equipment are not cheap to use or to maintain. There is a cost to doing business. But they will be there when you have a problem. And they will do whatever it takes to fix that problem. But be aware that there is a cost. It is never going to be enjoyable to pay for something that you will never see But the ability to poo and pee and wash clothes without your house flooding is a luxury that we as homeowners sometimes take for granted. This company helped me in my time of need and went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. It still sucks paying money for things you don't want to pay for, but I am happy that I can poo and pee again. Soo, all in all, this is a reputable company with integrity. The owner is a stand up gentlman. His employees are as well. If you need someone, call them if you have issues. I hope this helps out anyone who is in need of plumbing services. And remember, ALWAYS DO YOUR RESEARCH.

Simply put, there is nobody else I would trust with my plumbing needs. Heath and his team have done a huge amount of work in our home (new toilets, new showers, relocating our washer and dryer, plumbing our attic for a toilet, slab cutting in the basement for new drains, circ pumps, water heater and more). The few mistakes they made (and given the huge amount of work that was done) they have stepped up and fixed. I've consistently found them to be honest, reliable and the work very high quality and I have referred them to several friends and family all who had similar experiences with 1st Choice. This is THE plumber to call if reliability, integrity, experience and quality are important to you. And no I am not affiliated in any way with Heath or the business, I'm a Dunwoody homeowner writing my honest opinion of Heath/First Choice Plumbing.

Total rip-off!!! They charged us $149 just to come out, then upon arrival quoted us an additional $352 to make a very minor inexpensive repair (we had already gotten all the parts). Ended up having the send them away and pay the service charge of $149 anyways. HORRIBLE! Got another plumber out the next day and he completed the repair for a grand total of $89 including service call charge. UNREAL. Don't get ripped off by this company!

We are a family owned residential property management company in Tucker Georgia!!! 1st Choice Plumbing and staff are our go to guys. Our company and staff have an awesome relationship with them. They have been our number one plumbing contractor for almost 10 years. We use them for the small every day plumbing to the largest jobs (full house re-plumb, full sewer line replacement, major sewer line repairs etc.... They can do it all, and their prices are very competitive across the board. I highly recommend them from the smallest to largest plumbing jobs!!!! Way to go guys keep up the good work.

The office staff has good customer skills and the technicians are very polite. They are available 24/7 and that was a great peace of mind knowing when my garage pipes busted in the early morning. Definitely will use them again for any plumbing needs.
