I was totally ripped off by this guy Vito. Toilet was quietly running. Instead of replacing just the flapper which is all that was needed he replaced the whole inside of the toilet and no flapper. This left me with a toilet that was now running consistently and then started making a ridiculous annoying noise which I had to live with for a week. I gave him an opportunity to make it right only to have him cancel. I also asked him to fix 3 other things which he couldn't do. He can't be a plumber but he is a total rip off artist. Do not use! I repeat DO NOT USE!!!

Noticed that the main valve outside our home was leaking and our neighbors recommended Vito. He would've come that afternoon but instead came first thing in the morning. We were impressed! He came with a truck full of tools and piping. He showed us what he was going to install, said it would be guaranteed forever, & checked all of the pipes/faucets around our home. In no time he turned the water off, replaced the drippy rusty pipes, and had us up and literally running. Vito was personable, professional, Knowledgeable, competent, quick and neat. Hopefully we won't have any other plumbing problems but if we do we're glad to know that Vito is nearby and a telephone call away.
