They replaced a garbage disposal & faucet for us. They were on time & very professional. The cost was reasonable & fair in our opinion...would definitely recommend them! Dan & Deb

I had a dreaded slab water leak. Several plumbers recommended re-piping around the leak costing $1200-3000. 1st Choice Plumbing said it should only take 2 hours to fix the problem and it's $600 for the first two hours and $200 per hour after that. So I went with 1st Choice. Hunter and Nick were great. They cracked open the slab, found the leak, identified a few other issues with compression fittings, and then replaced it with higher-end materials. They then fixed the hole. All in under 2 hours! Very friendly and professional. These guys know their stuff. The room was a bit dusty (to be expected) but no debris left behind at all. I kept the pipe with the pinhole leak. :) I then called Hunter for advise about my main drain. He said theirs no need to come out and advised what I should do! Ever heard of a plumber doing that? Very honest and not out to gouge you!

Showed up without parts, rescheduled -- no show, then a few more trips, take shortcuts. Should be 'last' choice.

My water intake to the house broke off & the shut-off valve below didn't secure a complete shut-off. Water at full force was shooting out, I called a girlfriend who has more house practice then I down here to which she capped it off for me. I am disabledk in that I cannot strain in lieu of having survived a cranial aneurysm. It was late evening. I called around & found 1st Choice Plumer's willing to come out the next day at 2-3 p.m. I called the water department which was a $80.00 shut-off charge for them to come out to do the shut off. Then I got an approximate quote for $150.00 from one of the owner's. I am also living on limited Social Security Income of $818.00 at this time. When the worker showed up, he gave me an estimate of $300.00 & then I asked how much for the additional shut-off in the back yard as it was showing signs of fatigue. If I could get it for a reasonable inclusion with the other or just a reduced rate I would have been alright but it was an additional $300.00 quoted by the worker. After the worker secured the front valves he left because he didn't have the second valve shut-off in his truck & would come out the next day. He asked for the payment & I told him I would call it into the office myself. Which I did promptly. I asked the owner if he would consider a reduced rate for the additional spigot in the back yard. He would have to speak with the worker before he could give me an answer in lieu that they hadn't use copper pipes that they used something more expensive. (I had never heard my father who was a master carpenter for 60+ years speak of anything but copper being the best. I felt & told the owner that I knew I was being taken advantage of & that he could get away with it this time because I needed the situation taken care of. Instead of charging me the additional fee of $300.00 he only charged me $70.00. The next day I called another plumbing place to see what they would charge me for a shut-off valve & 2 spigots to be replaced & not more than 12"""" of additional pipe was used, no having to dig out any of the old pipes. He quoted me $100.00 per hour plus the equipment not more than an additional $50.00. I landed up paying for the job at $370.00 for a job that shouldn't have cost me more than $150.00. I told the guy that I was being ripped off & knew it but that it wouldn't happen again. I wouldn't call them for anything ever again. I suggest you do not hire them either!!! Since their original quote of $150.00 didn't mean anything. At that rate they were making a good living. Kathryn A. Irwin Spring Hill, Florida *Charlie's Plumbing in Brockville, Florida, gave me the quote without knowing that I had already had the work done. I will call Charlie's on Jefferson Ave from now on!
