Best plumber experience I've ever had! We called today to install a new faucet that we tried doing ourselves and couldn't finish and we were in a rush because our new tenants were moving in that same night. I was referred to First Choice by our plumber when he was too busy to come out. Eric and Rick are awesome. It was kind of a tough dishwasher replacement job and a tricky line snake. They did really great, careful work and were so patient and kind with my aging parents who wanted to ""oversee"" everything. Having repair people come into your home can be a bit uncomfortable (what w us all being ""strangers"") but these guys are so professional and friendly. On top of all that, they also took the old dishwasher with them! I would highly recommend this team for all your plumbing needs.Thanks again, guys!

I've had this ""water hammer"" problem for awhile now. Opening the hose bib valve near the front porch causes a violent vibrating of pipes under the house. I was advised on a phone call from another plumber that I needed a ""Water Hammer Arrestor"" installed near the valve. That plumber had to cancel the appointment so I called 1st Choice. Eric and Rick came by on Tuesday to assess the problem. They zeroed in on the valve itself and were confident I didn't need to have an arrestor installed. They also checked out a bathtub drainage issue I had mentioned and after an extensive exam, they felt it was draining properly and not in need of service. They gave me a bid to change out the hose bib, however, I told them that if it was just the hose bib, I could replace that myself. I had just met these guys 15 minutes earlier and liked them a lot. I got a good vibe that they were straight shooters and extremely honest. I said to them that I was feeling a bit uneasy because now that they told me the problem was the bib, I knew how to replace it myself, instead of paying them to do it, however they took the time to come to my house and they diagnosed the problem but I wanted to do right by them so where do I go from here? Eric just put his hand on my shoulder and said ""Don't worry about it. Next time you need a plumber, give us a call."" And he meant it! Who does that? Eric and Rick - two of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. I can see why they are so highly rated on Yelp. THESE are the plumbers I've been looking for! Thanks Guys! See you next time!

This is my second review for 1st Choice Plumbing. Our guest bathroom tub draining has been very slow and over the past few weeks, it started to drain even slower almost to a point that a half-full tub would take 3 hours! Eric and Rick from 1st Choice plumbing came out and attempted unclogging the drain with the snake. It was unsuccessful and Eric determined that the 'trap' in the pipe might be clogged. Replacing the trap was a bigger job that involved going underneath the house via subfloor crawlspace. Eric did a great job cutting the galvanized pipe and the trap and replaced it with plastic trap and pipe. The pipe was clogged almost completely with years of rust. The bathtub drains in seconds now. Great work by 1st Choice Plumbing.

My shower and kitchen sink have not been draining properly lately. I have been doing some simple DIY work to keep them draining properly. Unfortunately, my shower decided to clog completely today. Since I'm not a fan of standing in inches of filthy water as I bathe, I sought help from someone local to me and well reviewed.

I was extremely pleased with their service! They were able to drop by within an hour, diagnosed and took care of the multiple issues quickly as well! They were upfront about pricing, answered all my questions, explained the process, and were very friendly as well!

Heaven forbid I need plumbing services again, but if I do, they will be my first call!!!
