Our painful kitchen remodel was moving at a snails pace. Our beautiful Kraus 14 gauge sink had become a museum piece. Finally the sun shined when Rick and Eric walked through the door. Of course there were complications and problems getting the faucet hooked up due to a lousy plumbing job from years ago. They solved each problem with aplomb and grace. Not only are they skilled at trade, but are excellent communicators and a pleasure to deal with. Look no further - these are the right guys.

I get so scared to call a plumber because I always feel like it will be so expensive. What a pleasant surprise I received with Rick and Eric. They arrived on time, were friendly and made us feel so comfortable.

When I was trying to find the cause myself I found some loose joints and in messing with them I must have fixed the issue because it was no longer leaking. They would not take any money which was so refreshing and against my preconceived notions.

I would call them again for any plumbing needs. Their number is in my phone now because I don't want to take the chance of losing the business card

I called 1st Choice Plumbing last December for a leaking bathroom faucet and backed up main drain pipe. Rick and Eric showed up on time and took care of the plumbing work in a very professional way. I was really impressed by their work, so after that I called them whenever I needed any plumbing work done.

A week ago the same bathroom tub faucet started to leak again. I called 1st Choice Plumbing, They showed up on time the following day and replaced the cartridge with a new unit. I offered to pay for their time, but they refused to take any money as they considered the work to be covered by their one year parts and labor warranty. I am very impressed the way these two partners treat their customers. It is very hard to find plumbers who are honest, professional and knowledgeable in their work. I highly recommend their service.

They arrived shortly after I called them. I thought I had a leak in my master bathroom. They discovered there was in fact no leak, but did fix a slow drain. They didn't even want to charge me at all. I had to insist before they agreed to take a small payment. A different plumber had been here a few days before and was going to charge me $200 for fixing something that wasn't broken.

We had to have the thermocouple replaced on our water heater. Eric and Rick arrived timely, diagnosed the problem and expertly took care of it for a very reasonable price and with their cheerful manner. Highly recommend!!

After several faucet leaks developed in a short period of time, each time I called a local plumbing company and waited days for their arrival and fix. I kept asking them why this was continuing to happen and they would just tell me that it was part of standard wear and tear on a aging system (mind you it is only a 10year old house). After several more calls, I called 1st choice due to their great yelp reviews. They came out a couple to hours later, identified the problem to be with the pressure regulator and had it replaced within 24hrs. The techs were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and extremely fair in the price they charged. These are my go to guys from now on!

Eric and Ric are first class plumbers! I have used them twice. The first time was to snake out the drain in my lawn, before El nino arrived! They did this quickly and efficiently for a good price. The second time was to give an estimate for a problem with our downstairs toilet which had been installed after we got new flooring. The wax ring became compromised and we had a slow leak that was creeping up the wall from under the floor boards. Next time I would not have the flooring people install the toilet!! Eric gave an estimate for re-installation, too. When we were ready to put the toilet back, I called Eric.

The day to re-install Eric and Ric called me because they were going to be EARLY!!! They came in did the work, including a little extra trick they know to not have more problems with loose bolts further down the road, and were out in short order. What I have now is a professionally installed toilet that I do not anticipate any problems with!

Important to also note: they were true to their estimate.

I've had 1st Choice do jobs at my home over several years, including replacement of water inlet valves to bathroom/kitchen, replace water line piping/valves/sprinkler valve piping at connection to house, replace underground propane line and valves, and replace water heater.

The work appears to be of very good quality. Eric, who's done the hands-on work, is focused and meticulous.

Eric and Rick are very responsive, with good communications and up front no-nonsense estimates, and are easy to work with.

I found them on Yelp, and sent message in Yelp about our plumbing situation. Eric told me what it might be and we scheduled the appointment right away. I had to change the appointment due to one resin, and Eric was able to change my appointment to accommodate my need. They arrived early and waited for me. They checked what I needed, gave me the estimate, do what needs to be done, and even checked other things I questioned. Great service and easy to work with! Highly recommended!!!!
