When my husband became frustrated with trying to replace our kitchen faucet and leaking whirlpool tub, we searched online for a reputable contractor to come out and help. We called 1st Choice because of the positive reviews. Dan came out when promised even though it was a weekend. He is everything and more that was said in the reviews; professional, polite and knowledgeable. His work ethic is something rarely found today. We had Rich come out to take care of multiple issues with our home. Several others plumbers had attempted to fix our non draining kitchen sink but were unsuccessful. Rich got the job done in an hour and then moved on to all our other issues. He was there for several hours and we owed him under 500 dollars which was incredible considering the severity of our plumbing issues he resolved. Can't recommend this company enough.

I am very happy with the service I received from Dan! He called back within the hour and came out to my house same day to look at the water leak in my basement. He made it a point to fix the leak ASAP and I am very pleased with the work that was done. Dan was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the issue and exactly what he was doing to fix it. Had a really bad clogged shower drain. My wife called, Dan answered and told us he would be out to our house within a few hours; and you know what? Unlike other places, he actually kept his promise and arrived on time. He was very professional and courteous, explaining everything he did and why.
