Our gas lantern needed to be serviced. I called First Choice and spoke to Susie. She set up an appointment for Christian to come next week. However, she ended up calling me back and said Tony had time that same day to come to our house. He arrived promptly at the appointment time, told me everything he was going to do step-by-step. He was very pleasant, I would definitely use this company again. Our lantern looks new and works like it did when we first moved in our house. I would definitely use this company again.

OUTSTANDING!!!!! I called around to several companies and got several quotes. 1st Choice was named correctly as they came in first for best price, customer service & quality work. From the first phone call I made and Susie took my call, answered all my questions and LISTENED to my concerns to Tony Burke ( who I was told by neighbors was the ONLY guy to work on our gas lanterns ) to Melvin who both were extremely professional, competent and provided wonderful customer service. This company does such a great job! I love supporting local business owners and even more so when they do such a great job.

We needed a tankless hot water heater installed. We had a company tell us what to purchase and when it arrived they couldn't install it so after a week of calling companies to help I found 1st choice and spoke with Suzie she had appointment Chris come out the next day. This service was friendly, professional and met every need we had. In fact I like them so much I will call them for all my service needs AC, Heating, Plumbing and Gas as issues arise.

Replaced a unit in our rental building and followed up with free inspection 6 months later. They were fast ,courteous and on time. Charged !/3 less than other two estimates and didn't have to tear out a wall to access the old unit and put in the new one. [both of the other companies said that's what they would have to do. I think it was because it was less work for them]. Highly recommend 1st Choice.
