1st Call Heating and Cooling, Inc. started when the founder, Rodger Hettinger aimed to show that clients could receive top-notch service at affordable rates. Following 19 years at a small local business that evolved into a large ""consolidated company"", and over 5 years at another, Rodger recognized that compromising quality had become the norm. Annoyed with the decline in quality and ethics, Rodger decided to create his own enterprise committed to skilled work and customer care, and thus, 1st Call Heating and Cooling, Inc. came to life.
