This company was contracted through my rental company to replace our back door about 10 months back. The man who came to replace the door was very friendly and the work seemed fine. A few months ago I noticed that water would leak through the glass panel in the door every time it rained. Had another work order sent to come fix the door they had installed, and was met with terrible suctioned service and unprofessional communication. The woman, who I believe is the contractors wife, answered and said she had availability the next day. Unfortunately my son had an appointment so I said I wasn't available next day but any other day would work. She said she would check and get back to me and I never heard anything. I called and left several messages over the next few weeks to try and schedule and when I finally got her on the phone she said that since I wasn't available on that ONE day she mentioned that she canceled my work order and couldn't schedule. She then said to take it up with my rental agency and hung up on me without any further reply. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Would not hire again.

My Rental Management company called this company after hours to help me with a broken water main. It was probably close to 8 pm and the woman called me and said "sorry we can't come out till morning." Then she hung up on me when I told her that water is spewing out like a fire hydrant.
This morning she - Sherrill Beard - called and acted like it was all good and they would come out this morning to work on pipe. Told her forget it, and I was going to let Rental company know she was unreliable - and AGAIN she hung up on me. When I called back, she wouldn't answer and sent me to voice mail.
Apparently she has done this before because I have read other reviews from people who say the same thing.
I wouldn't want this company anywhere near me or my property.

This company was given the bid by my landlord and they contacted me fast and were very flexible with my schedule and very friendly. It is a family business which I love and prefer because they're typically going to be more respectful to me and my home and get things done correctly because they know their name is on the work.

Wes is AWESOME. He was polite, respectful and courteous, he was upfront and honest about the work that needed done, the time window needed to get it done and even reached out to the landlord about other issues that he encountered that he was not there to fix but that needed to be repaired timely to prohibit further issues or inconveniences to me and my family.

I believe his wife is the voice on the phone who calls and schedules and she was a lovely person as well. Polite and personable as well. A great team, great service, great work overall. Even though the referral came through another channel I am saving their info and will absolutely be sending all the business I can their way going forward.

I am a picky person who does not typically like strangers in my home or my space but I was absolutely comfortable and highly recommend this team to anyone who needs work done - in any service that is offered - I would be comfortable telling you that it will be done 100%.

- Side Note: Wes had to come out twice for the job as the repair needed was bigger than initially expected and on the first trip he was on time and on the second trip he was reasonably on time. He was due at 10a both times, the first he arrived a few mins early and the second he was about 15 mins after 10a but had made the trip from over an hour away and got to me same day. You cannot ask for better service, truly. :)

***DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!*** The old lady that answers the phones is unfriendly as hell, hangs up on you and lies about when they will show up without even thinking about it. Today they had accepted a plumbing job through my landlord and claimed they could not dispatch and techs until 1pm due to road conditions. Well I had already been out twice that morning and the roads where drivable but I agreed to the time. 2:13pm rolls around and still no plumber. I contacted the old lady and she said "he is on his way, I was just about to call you." Then the old lady says it will be 3:30ish......4:30pm no plumber. The old ladys replies "getting parts and he's on the way" 5:15pm no plumber. So I figured they were a no show since they missed three ETAs ..... The old lady calls at 5:33pm and said the tech is there knocking at the door and no one is answering. I said yeah I had to go pick up my wife from work. The old then had the balls to get mad at me and says we will have to reschedule and hangs up on me. NEWSFLASH, there is no rescheduling because you just lost the job because of your 5 year old attitude. Way to get new customers OLD lady. Did I mention I took the whole day off for these clowns.
