They were assigned by my home-warranty on 2022-01-28 to fix a corroded water-line into the clothes washer. They came 2022-02-02 and supposedly cleaned out the corrosion, but the valve still leaked. He called later to say he didn't want to come back to fix it. Moron!

My water heater exploded and this plumber was assigned by my home warranty. Initial appointment was a bit delayed but after calling directly made arrangement to come earlier than originally scheduled. I was satisfied with the service; although, some delay to arrange replacement as I initially waited on home warranty approval. We finally made arrangements to have work done that I paid and would seek reimbursement since I was upgrading to tankless. Plumber submitted the paperwork to home warranty. Plumber was responsive to my phone calls whenever I followed up on service.

If you're like me, and you called every plumber in San Diego- STOP RIGHT HERE!

Ricardo took me in last minute and exceeded all of my expectations.

I needed my sink replaced and wanted to do it myself.
The bottom of my sink was a nightmare. Everything was corroded and painted over.

All other plumbing companies charged a minimum of $125/HOUR and couldn't provide services until the end of the week. Ricardo made it a point that he doesn't take advantage of people and offered a very reasonable price!

He came to my rescue and did more than was expected of him.

He also wore a mask and was super neat.
He even insisted on cleaning up everything after!

Good hearted people are hard to find and Ricardo is one of the most humble and honest people you'll meet.

I originally contacted Gerardo of Dr, Rooter Plumbing, who couldn't come to check water leakage under my dishwasher and refrigerator, due to family emergency. He sent me his partner, Ricardo of Maeda's Plumbing.
He was very courteous, knowledgeable, professional, efficient and kind. He wore mask, and had shoe covers. He found the cause of the problem and explained to me( what was not done by another company who did similar job about 6 months ago ), what was needed to be fixed to prevent
future leaking problems.
Convinced, I hired him to do the job, 2 days ago, and he certainly did a great job ! He also cleaned up the work area, after. My anxiety over this is gone and I'm thankful that i found an honest and good plumber.
