Furnace humidifier repair. The young technician sent to us spent 3 hours making the diagnosis. During that time he made repeated calls to a senior advisor for each step where he was unable to correct the problem. The lengthy time he required should have been much less if he had been better trained. I ended up paying for part of his training with two extra billed hours. If you use this company be sure to ask for a senior technician.

If you want top notch service call 1st Action Plumbing. I needed a water heater replaced and within 1 hour the guys were here with smiles on their faces ready to go. They did a spectacular job. Never left a mess behind them. They were very polite and professional.
The lady in the office was beyond helpful. There should be more customer service people like her. What a gem. This company needs a 10+ rating.
We will use them going forward for all our Plumbing needs,
Thanks to them all isn't even enough to cover it all.

I appreciate the fast response and quick service 1st Action PHA provided when I discovered my flooded basement. The bottom fell out of my 1998 water heater. They had someone over within half an hour and I was able to get a new one installed the same day. Everyone from the front desk to the guys who did the installation was courteous and professional. They did the removal and new install quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. Nice work!

My furnace quit working when it was -8 degrees outside. The service techs came out put in temporary heaters so my family and house would not freeze while installing a new furnace. This could have resulted in a much bigger problem if they hadn't came to the rescue. Excellent company and crew.

Removed hot water heater, added tankless heater. unclogged slow drains.

Very professional, 3 guys showed up and made quick work of the projects. Walked us through what they were doing, in a professional, easy to understand manner. Gave us final directions on how to use the new tankless heater. Also, informed us on what to look for if our 70 year old pipes start having issues. They did not push us to spend a ton of money to re-pipe the house now. We will be contacting them for any future projects. Great job, Rob, Curtis, and Brandon!!

My one year old water heater started leaking. When I called the warranty service they said I needed to have a company who works on the same brand come look at my water heater to see if the warranty would cover it. First action came out and the tech did not even put his hands on the water heater before telling me I needed To replace it. The quoted me $1600. For a new one. It's a long story but Basically he said my warranty wouldn't cover my water heater because it was missing something that may cause the water heater to leak. Hmmm..So it would makes sense to me that the thing it's missing might be the reason why it's leaking? (Since it's only a year old and it's not logically that it is leaking).
I unfortunately did replace the water heater. I wasn't able to afford as good of one as the one I took out. a month and a half later the new one started leaking. (Because it wasn't the water heater it was a $20 plastic seal.) So first action definitely didn't do me any favors. When I let them know that the tech had advised me to completely replace it and that it was actually just a seal. They responded by telling me if I wanted the tech to do an inspection that would've been an additional cost. not included in a free estimate. I wasted about $600 replacing a water heater that didn't need to be replaced and the actual problem was only a $20 seal. Thanks 1 action! They REALLY care about their customers.
