After calling many plumbers I called Juan to help me with my hot water heater that needed replacing. Whilst I made the mistake of buying a system that was not suitable, Juan went out of his way to try and make it fit into the small cabinet. After two hours of diligent work, he gave me his honest opinion that the tank was not suitable. The next day he brought a much higher quality tank, installed it quickly and it works beautifully. Juan did not charge me for the two hours he worked on the tank I bought and he came after hours to ensure we had hot water. At all times he was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and kind. Nothing I asked was too much for Juan . I can't recommend him highly enough. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He is my plumber now and I am so grateful to have called him. And the added bonus is his son who is also delightful and helpful. You will not be disappointed if you call Juan for your plumbing needs.

juan is wonderful, pleasant,punctual, efficient, & works on weekends! I have found the perfect plumber finally & I have had many. He charges a fair price, much less than all the rest & called when he was on the way. I had a garbage disposal installed & he even wiped up under sink when he was done. After calling two plumbers, one didn't show and one came and was extremely unprofessional. My neighbor recommended Juan. I called and he gave me an estimated time of arrival with a courtesy call 10 minutes before show time. He was a little late (maybe 30 minutes if that) and knocked 20$ off the price. He was efficient and cleaned up the area he worked on when he was done!
