I have used these guys twice. I got their name from my plummer because he does not unclog drains. They were great... on time, not expensive, professional. I use them whenever I need something done with drains and pipes. They fixed something that broke and I had water all over the garage. I love this company !

I called to see if I could get a quote to have a gas-line put into a kitchen remodel, and a water-line to my fridge. The person who was helping me was nice, and very helpful in wanting to schedule the appointment, but I was told that if the person who comes to do the estimate has to go under the house or in the attic, it would cost me $130 for an estimate. $130!!!!! For an estimate, because the person has to go into my attic to look at my pipes? I'm sorry, but how many pipes do you ever come across, that aren't under the house or in the attic?

Needless to say, I did not care to use this company. I could only imagine what they would charge to actually do the work... No Thank You!

Zeke helped me deal with an overflowed drain and broken sump pump. He was fast, courteous, and patient with me as I am not knowledgeable about plumbing. Price was fair. I am very satisfied.

Had a clog in the bathtub for over a week. Tried the usual to pull out any clogs. I called a few plumbing companies.. that never even bothered to return my phone calls (man.. the economy must be good where their business is booming or... these guys were all real lazy bums!!!). Anyways... this led me to call up 15 dollar sewer & drain one evening. Man.. I must say that it turned out for the best.
The lady who answered was nice. She said that if they sent someone right away it I would incur night charges, which is about 60% more... We agreed to setup an appoint the next day morning between 8-10am. At 7:51am, I got a call to confirm the appointment and stating that the plumber is on his way. He was here shortly after 8am. Within 15-20 mins, he had the drain flowing. He stayed on to clear up more of the clog... just to be sure. It was reasonable $83.00 that I was happy to pay... No fuss, no mess. Came in, got the job done, left with some DIY tips. Awesome... will surely use again... and recommend to others.

I called Fifteen Dollar Sewer and Drain this morning and within an hour Benny and Benny Jr. came out to clear our clogged landscaping drainage pipe.
At first it looked like the pipe was too strongly clogged up with roots and it might need to be dug up instead, but Benny didn't give up and after lots of tries managed to clear the pipe.
At $88 it was a very reasonable charge considering the time and effort they put in and I am so happy that they were able to clear the drain.

Benny was great and I highly recommend him and Fifteen Dollar Sewer & Drain.

We used $15 Sewer and Drain service few times. Their service is quick, awardable and very reliable. I called the main number and Benny Silva was at our place within one hour. Benny is very friendly and knowledgeable. Not only he fixed the issue we reported which was the drainpipe for the washing machine in the garage but also repaired the dishwasher in the kitchen and explained how to avoid similar issues in the future.
Excellent customer service! We would highly recommend the $15 Sewer and Drain... ask for Benny.

I had a washer that had a pipe leaking water on the floor each time I ran it. I called a couple of plumbers and $15 Sewer & Drain could come right that same morning. They said the estimate alone would be $18. They gave me a window of 8-10AM, and came around 9:00AM. The plumber was super nice, tested out the pipe, and gave me a quote of $83 to clean the laundry lines, which sounded reasonable to me, so I gave him the go-ahead. He went up on the roof and cleaned the lines. Then he rang out the towels I had laying on the floors from the previous day's leak, and even cleaned the bleach filling area of my washer (which I noticed after he was gone). I was really happy with the service I got from these guys. And I thought the price was really reasonable and fixed my issue.

I hired this company to root out my sewer pipe. They did a sufficient job in doing this, but since this was the second time this year it needed to be done, they suggested I have them run a camera down the line to see if there was a problem.
We made an appointment to have this done on Saturday morning. No one showed up. I called and rescheduled for Wednesday. I'm once again waiting for them to show up. This is the 2nd time they have stood me up. They give you a 2 hour window, and if there is a problem and they are delayed or need to reschedule you would think they would call. But, not a word from them. Then when you call they give you some lame excuse about an emergency that has come up. They're plumbers, they should know how to handle emergencies and keep all their customers satisfied.
I guess since they have already been paid, My business is no longer considered important to them. Too bad. I will be looking elsewhere for any future plumbing needs. Hope you do too!

I've called $15 Sewer & Drain multiple times. Every few years the main line between the house and the street needs to be cleaned free of roots. These guys always come through. They're professional and come when they say they will. And for $88, it's totally worth it. I've never needed to call them in the middle of the night, but they offer a warranty on their work and say to call any time!
