BEWARE! Used them for a home inspection and snaking a bathroom toilet line, both of which were done poorly and lead to me incurring significantly more costs later. I'll spare the details, but do yourself a favor and stay away. There are plenty of other plumbers out there so it's not worth the risk! I would highly question their competence in addressing any plumbing issue.

I was very happy with their service. They came out within almost an hour. Antonio fixed my issue quickly and was very professional.

Efficient and professional. I called the night before & they were @ my door the next day. They finished the job in under an hour. Kudo's to ""Andrew"" for making what could have been a bad situation into a positive outcome! Highly recommend!

Benny came within two hours. They had given me a time window between 11 & 2, and he showed up before noon though without any advance notice. He took a look, explained what is possible. Since there was no clean out available, he went to the roof and using the vent was able to unclog the toilet and shower. He said that if it did not work, he would have to remove the toilet to get to the problem area. He finished in 30 minutes, all in all, good service. He did not provide a warranty - he said that it is something they cannot provide given the unorthodox method of clearing the blockage. Giving 4 stars due to lack of warranty, otherwise excellent.

If you are into gambling: use this company. Some workers are good and some are terrible.
Had a kitchen sink leaks; plumber ""fixed"" it and left with more leaking points that were before. Took a month of repeated calls to get partial refund with no call backs and no follow up.
Owner Mark McGinnes is unreachable: messages going to a black hole.

was suppose to come back and tie my water pipes - did not show up and did not even bother calling me. I guess he did not want my business.

I called the company and told them I needed a bathroom sink unplugged, a toilet handle fixed, and the shower drain unplugged. I was told each item would be billed individually and the first hour was $88. Each task after that would be $70. That sounded odd to me, so I told them I just wanted the bathroom sink unplugged. The plumber arrived and did park on the street as I had requested. He refused to take off his boots to protect my hardwood floors. He said barefoot plumbing was dangerous and his boots were clean. He looked at the pipe, said he would have to cut it and put on a part since the company that repiped our home had not left him any other choice. He went out to the truck, got out some equipment and I stopped him at the door. I asked him to explain what he had to do and he sort of did. By this point, I was not getting a good feeling at all about this job, so I told him I wanted to get a second opinion. I offered to pay the $88 since he had come out to the job, but he said he would not take my money. He said $88 was a deal, he was the best plumber around, and they would not be coming back in the future. That is fine with me because I will not call them again since he was so rude and disrespectful!

Called about a backed up drain. The girl who answered the phone was nice and to the point. I called around 9am and I had a plumber at my house by 11. He fixed my drain and had everything good within 10 min! He was very nice and professional. I'm surprised at some of the bad reviews I've seen on here because my experience with $15 was awesome. Thanks guys, you saved the day!!!

Actually wrote the State of CA and filed a formal complaint. They do not charge $15 per hr or $15 to snake a drain line. Now, I understand all plumbers cost way more than $15, but the title and services are completely misleading. I have an invoice for $98 for about 15 mins of work. The title of the company, dispatchers and service techs make it very misleading when you call about their pricing and what they charge. If I am going to pay $98 an hr, it might as well be a union plumber from local 393 here in San Jose.

James came out and figured out the problem which was the roof and not the plumbing. Helped tarp the roof, which is not even his job. Thanks, James!
