He told me that the company miss diagnose my unit. I didn't need a new furnace which was $2200. I just needed a transformer that was $300. I do believe that the other company was trying to take advantage of me. Darryl was honest when he could have taken advantage of the situation. He is now our #1 guy for A/C and heating.
