I obtained a business degree from a nearby college where I gained experience in various trades. Afterward, I joined a few Fortune 500 firms. I worked my way up the corporate hierarchy only to realize that the upper management was not leaving anytime soon. After experiencing this cycle multiple times, I recognized the need for a change. Finding a new position was not the fix. I chose to start my own business. I observed a decline in craftsmanship across trades. I feel this is a result of a ""Walmart approach"" where cheap pricing has affected the trades. We stand by our commitment to quality because we are dedicated to doing the job correctly from the start. Parts from local suppliers are often more expensive than those from large retail chains because they utilize higher-grade materials.
