These guys were great. Our gas was shut off because of a gas leak. So Cal Gas could not find the leak so I called 111 Leak Detection. They were out within 2 hours, found that the leak was in a unused underground gas pipe, capped it and I was back in business within an hour. So Cal Gas came out and hour later and turned my gas back on. Great service and very nice guys to work with.

Gas company turned our gas completely OFF because of a GAS LEAK.
That was last Thursday, late morning. By mid-day (only a couple hours later), 111 Leak Detection was out at our property and it only took them minutes to find and identify EXACTLY where the leak was coming from. They then gave me an estimate for the repair to be done - the NEXT day! And sure enough, Vince and his Son were there the very next morning. They were PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIEINT and ACCURATE about the scope and perameters of the job - explaining, in detail, EXACTLY what was going to be done and how they would re-route my new gas line. They worked (what seemed like) quickly (to me) and by 4 p.m. THAT DAY (only 1 DAY from the Gas company cutting us off) our gas was turned back on! I was AMAZED at how quickly Vince and his son knocked out the clean, professional work. And for those of you wondering about the cost - it WAS a relatively big job...I am an anxiety riddled person (I know, TMI) so I felt it necessary for my own peace of mind to do some research on the price we were quoted. (I don't know ANYTHING about gas line replacement). Not only did I find out that Vince's quote was MORE than fair...other Businesses. OTHER businesses mind you, confirmed how professional and fair Vince was and that the work done by 111 Leak Detection is widely known as the highest quality.

Just 2 weeks into owning our vacation home in LaQuinta we began working with Vince under very unfortunate circumstances. During the diligence process prior to closing escrow, no water issues were detected but we had a few raised tiles in our living room that needed to be replaced which we intended to do after closing. So, in doing so, moisture was discovered by the tile contractor. He immediately said ""get a leak guy out here now to see what's going on"". Being new to the area, i immediately went to Yelp and based on the reviews, engaged with 111 Leak. I was pleased that Vince, the owner, personally came out & identified a water leak under our bathroom sink. Had it not been for his extensive expert experience in detecting it, we would probably not even have known about it for months or perhaps years! His level of professionalism, consistently quick response time and honesty was truly amazing! Being new to the area, I also didn't know where to begin to retain a remediation company. He gave me a referral that was equally as outstanding as his company. Just a few days later, a 2nd leak in same general area prompted his return and at that time, we decided to have him conduct a drain & sewer scope as we had a number of professionals suggest we repipe the entire home! As you can imagine, having only owned the home for 2 weeks and have not one, but 2 leaks was devastating & concerning that we had more serious issues. Vince could have sold us a repipe for a quick buck but not Vince. His honesty of informing us that it wasn't needed and that the pipes were in good condition in spite of the age of the home was soooo commendable. I would not hesitate to refer or use him in the future, but truly I pray I won't have to!! This has been quite the ordeal and isn't over yet since the entire bathroom is now required to get remodeled, along with flooring in both bedrooms due to seepage from master bathroom.

Vince and his son came promptly when I called and reported a pool leak. My pool guy had misdiagnosed an irrigation leak as the cause, but Vince found that one first, then moved on to seek the real issue. He found two small gaps in the PebbleTec around fixtures in the spa. Both of those were the real problems. From the time I called until the time problem was solved: 5 hours! Bravo!! Very reasonably priced, excellent service!!

I only wish I could give them more than five stars. I called Vince after reading others' reviews. Spoke wiht Vince and he said he would come over after the job he was at nearby. Within 20 minutes, Vince was at our house and had given a preliminary assessment that the leak was in the exterior of the home. He inspected the entire property and performed a dye test on our pool, which was the problem. He did not stop after finding the first leak and found a total of three pool leaks. He sent pictures and video to be provided to the pool builder.

Vince is quick, responsive and knows what he is doing. This is the only leak detection company I will ever use.

Vince responded immediately when I initially called regarding a potential leak. He came directly after his current appointment with his son and both men were very polite and patient.

Considering the nature of the issue, leak under the slab - emergency service requested, the price was as expected. He was at my house within 2 hours of calling then detected and repaired the leak in just over 2 hours. All so incredibly fast and he kept me in the loop on his progress.

I could go on but I wanted to remind those reading the reviews that typically people don't review unless something wasn't ""perfect"". I can forget, at times, to take a minute to review those restaurants and services I requested that we're also good to assist with their Yelp ratings. Take that into consideration before ""writing off"" a company for some bad reviews. There's also just no pleasing some people. :)
