So I woke up to a wet spot on my bathroom carpet at 5 am today. After pulling up the carpet I quickly discovered it was most likely coming from underneath/Slab. I went to Yelp and am sure glad I came across 111 Leak Detection as the water was not slowing down.

I called the number listed and Vincent answered right away, I was lucky he just finished a job in La Quinta and was at my door step within 15 minutes. The Father son team got straight to work with their equipment and had a correct Diagnosis of where the leak was within 20 minutes of being on site. After discussing the price to fix the problem they got straight to work.they jack hammered out my floor got right to the pipe that was leaking put in new piping replaced the concrete and cleaned the job site up all within 3 hours. These guys know what they are doing their pricing is very fair and they are very respectful guys.

I give 111 Leak Detection the upmost praise, 5 stars all around , service, professionalism, pricing , punctuality, they checked every box. Don't even bother calling someone else just call Vincent at 111 Leak detection don't waste your time with other company's.

We recently had a room filled with wet carpeting and a leak of unknown origin that was worsening by the hour. I highly recommend 111 Leak Detection and repair. I had high water bills for 3 months and had hired a pool repair, a plumber, and my gardener to attempt to resolve the issue, but no one could find the major leak. Vincent was extremely prompt and came to my house ASAP. He did a thorough inspection of my entire house inside and out and found the leak that other companies and plumbers missed. He spent the entire day working on the repair which necessitated him having to cut the concrete to get to the leaking pipe. His leak detection resulted in finding a major issue I was having that was caused by my ficus trees and would continue to cause more leaks if I don't remove the ficus tress (which I am doing). His communication was immediate and excellent.

Vincent is the best! Tuesday before Thanksgiving, when the valley is crazy, we smelled a gas leak. We called the gas company, who identified it, but couldn't find anyone to fix it. Luckily we found Vincent. He came right over and identified the issue and the fix and scheduled time to come back the next day. But luckily (once again) his team had their other job under control and he came right over to start that afternoon. Did a beautiful job and closed it right back up and saved our holiday (couldn't have used the pool and hot tub otherwise). And totally fair price. We are tough judges but would recommend him without a second thought. Thanks Vincent!

I got the house from the property management company. The previous manager got a 1 year warranty from this company. Pool still has a major leak. Upon calling them they told that they were not able to find the leak. Which is weird, because the company is called Leak Detection.

Had concern about a leak, Vincent showed up right at 8 AM as promised and In two minutes checked my water meter and told me I don't have a leak and he did not even charge me. Great guy. I will always use and highly recommend him.

I'm glad I contacted Vincent today. There was water coming from beneath my driveway. Vincent was able to locate the leak, cut the cement, repair the line and pour new cement. It turned out that the main water line leading to the house had a leak. Within 3 hours the job was completed. He was very professional and did clean work. If you need a good plumber, stop looking, you've found the right guy here.

Vincent and his crew were life savers! My family has been without hot water for three weeks mainly waiting on a different company my insurance company sent out. After three weeks, I had to call my insurance to check on an update only to be told I would have to pay for the damages myself. Anyway, Vincent and his crew bypassed an underground broken pipe and rerouted a new line! Give this guy a call you won't regret it.
