I had a difficult situation with a pipe breaking in my upper floor condo causing damage to the condo below. Vince fixed the problem quickly and very efficiently, he is the simply marvelous so honest and helpful. Use him!! I guarantee you won't be disappointed

I was impressed how quickly the leak was found by their workers. I had no clue of leak locators. Before the water leak located my water bill for the past three month was over $3K in excess cost. I'm not someone who had dealt with a hidden leak. There two works came an within an hour the leak was found and they and stopped the leak until a plumber could come and permanently make the needed repair. Now that the leak fixed I can save over a $1,000 a month. My regret is that the water company did not help me. When I asked if there are companies that can help me fix the problem, they said they were not aware of any such companies. At least now I'm aware that the are companies that specialize in detecting leaks.

This company ranks among the very best I've worked with (and over the years have worked with dozens of trades, contractors, etc.) His 5 star rating is well deserved.

I had noticed that the blue ""leak dial"" on my water meter was moving. That's not a good sign if you're not using any water at that time. Suspected a slab leak and confirmed that by finding some warm areas on the floor.

Found Vincent's organization on Yelp. Gave him a call and he was here at 8AM the next morning (which was a Saturday, btw). He precisely located the leak, exposed and replaced the damaged pipe and recemented the access area. All within 2 hours!

His work and attention to detail is meticulous. All furniture were covered, and there was almost no dust from the jackhammering. And, only one tile was sacrificed to open the leak area!

All the reviews are spot on and I echo those comments. Vincent and Jacob are thoroughly skilled, have complete knowledge of these issues, are honest and upfront and extremely professional.

I totally recommend Vincent and if you have need for these types of services, just give him a call.

For months, I have been notified about excessive water use from Indio Water.
My neighbors on ND highly recommended Vince. So I called. He was here within a few hours & within minutes, they discovered part of the problem. Within 45 minutes of checking my home inside & and out, they found the main issue.

I suspected a water leak where an eliminated sprinkler system sat.

We had been having problems keeping the salt level up on our pool and our pool service said we probably had a leak. We called 111 Leak Detection and they got back right away (same day) with an appointment for two days later. They arrived on time and go right to work, found the leak and gave us an estimate. Being a first time pool owner, I'm always concerned that I don't know what things cost but they were very convinced they had the leak identified so we went ahead. BOY was I surprised. We have mature landscaping but a root had grown and split one of the spa pipes at a joint and was leaking like crazy. They fixed the leak in a day, put the deck back in shape (two square holes to locate the actual site) and were done. If we have any future issues, we will be using 111 Leak Detection.

Like so many other awesome reviews out there, it is no wonder, that this here business falls right in line with what should be a 100 star review!
My dilemma, started over the memorial day weekend. My family and I arrived at our home late at night. Everything was off, and I thought I heard what was a hose running outside and against the house. After some investigating, I came to realize that I indeed had water running, just not anywhere where it should be, it was under my tile and foundation I would later come to find out.

Not knowing the severity, I initially attempted to pinpoint the location and sure enough, with an ear to the tile, I thought I had located the underwater geyser in the pantry. Unfortunately, this would all be taking place at night around 11:30 p.m. and with family set to come over for the weekend and my wife and daughter ready to call it a night and shower I wasn't sure what to do, though I knew I had to do something. I like so many others, rushed to google then yelp. I came across numerous companies offering great solutions or so it seemed, but then 111 Leak Detection stood out. Their ratings were superb and with good pictures to back it up. I hesitated for a while and then at around midnight I texted the number, though not expecting a response. I kid you not, 3 minutes later, Vince calls me back and without a hesitation in his voice, offered the best calming customer service as if it were 9 a.m. in the morning .

He asked me a few questions, to get an idea of what he could be up against. Knowing that I would be entertaining family over the weekend I asked if he could come ASAP in the morning. He told me that he had a committed appointment and that was the first sign, he was a man of his word. Though I wanted him there about 7 am, he assured me that he'd be there at 9-9:30 a.m. and that he couldn't miss this appointment that had been on the books for a while.

Well 9 a.m. rolls around on Friday morning and there is Vince and his son Jacob. Both extremely professional and polite. I showed Vince where I thought the problem was ( in the pantry) and he explained his process. He mentioned, that while it may be there, he would go through a series of diagnostics and tests before even breaking the floor. He and his son began to work vigorously with some unique tools. He explained that his gool was to pinpoint what was a major leak in my hot water pipe under my slab.

I explained to him that I had to step out and let my brother stay with him, he assured me that he believed he would have my problem fixed and within a fair amount of time. Before I left, he and his son isolated the leak, in a bedroom that was way off from where I could here water under a tile. Vince also, let me know what to expect, from the best and worse case scenarios. As I was out, I received detailed videos and pictures (which I will try to post) showing the failure. Within 4 hours, maybe sooner, Vince and his son Jacob had fixed my problem, while taking an extreme amount of precaution to our home, only having to break one tile, to enter and repair the leak. His service and attention to detail speak volumes not enough to rate with just 5-stars!
I would definitely recommend anyone in a similar postion or one he adressess as a first and only option if you want the job done right !

These guys were great. Our gas was shut off because of a gas leak. So Cal Gas could not find the leak so I called 111 Leak Detection. They were out within 2 hours, found that the leak was in a unused underground gas pipe, capped it and I was back in business within an hour. So Cal Gas came out and hour later and turned my gas back on. Great service and very nice guys to work with.

Gas company turned our gas completely OFF because of a GAS LEAK.
That was last Thursday, late morning. By mid-day (only a couple hours later), 111 Leak Detection was out at our property and it only took them minutes to find and identify EXACTLY where the leak was coming from. They then gave me an estimate for the repair to be done - the NEXT day! And sure enough, Vince and his Son were there the very next morning. They were PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIEINT and ACCURATE about the scope and perameters of the job - explaining, in detail, EXACTLY what was going to be done and how they would re-route my new gas line. They worked (what seemed like) quickly (to me) and by 4 p.m. THAT DAY (only 1 DAY from the Gas company cutting us off) our gas was turned back on! I was AMAZED at how quickly Vince and his son knocked out the clean, professional work. And for those of you wondering about the cost - it WAS a relatively big job...I am an anxiety riddled person (I know, TMI) so I felt it necessary for my own peace of mind to do some research on the price we were quoted. (I don't know ANYTHING about gas line replacement). Not only did I find out that Vince's quote was MORE than fair...other Businesses. OTHER businesses mind you, confirmed how professional and fair Vince was and that the work done by 111 Leak Detection is widely known as the highest quality.
