Vince responded immediately when I initially called regarding a potential leak. He came directly after his current appointment with his son and both men were very polite and patient.

Considering the nature of the issue, leak under the slab - emergency service requested, the price was as expected. He was at my house within 2 hours of calling then detected and repaired the leak in just over 2 hours. All so incredibly fast and he kept me in the loop on his progress.

I could go on but I wanted to remind those reading the reviews that typically people don't review unless something wasn't ""perfect"". I can forget, at times, to take a minute to review those restaurants and services I requested that we're also good to assist with their Yelp ratings. Take that into consideration before ""writing off"" a company for some bad reviews. There's also just no pleasing some people. :)

We had been out of town and returned to find our bedroom closet soaked with water. We called Vincent and he and his partner Jacob arrived 30 minutes later. They checked everything. We determined that our toilet separated by a wall had been running and water had somehow flowed out and into our closed while we were out of town. So not a leak, thank goodness. And no charge. Super nice guys, very knowledgeable and helpful. We thanked them with a nice tip. Would 100% recommend this company!

We had a leak from underneath our water feature for our pool. This was a result of roots becoming invasive. The palm trees were removed. Vincent and his son were very professional. The leak took a couple of days to locate. After the completion of the original repair an additional leak was detected. Vincent immediately returned and fixed a newly discovered leak. Several days later we reported an additional leak in the area. Vincent again returned. Vincent discovered a slow drip watering sprinkler was never capped off causing the lawn to become overly soaked and the water in times needed to be shortened. I can't speak highly enough about Vincent's never give-up attitude.

So I woke up to a wet spot on my bathroom carpet at 5 am today. After pulling up the carpet I quickly discovered it was most likely coming from underneath/Slab. I went to Yelp and am sure glad I came across 111 Leak Detection as the water was not slowing down.

I called the number listed and Vincent answered right away, I was lucky he just finished a job in La Quinta and was at my door step within 15 minutes. The Father son team got straight to work with their equipment and had a correct Diagnosis of where the leak was within 20 minutes of being on site. After discussing the price to fix the problem they got straight to work.they jack hammered out my floor got right to the pipe that was leaking put in new piping replaced the concrete and cleaned the job site up all within 3 hours. These guys know what they are doing their pricing is very fair and they are very respectful guys.

I give 111 Leak Detection the upmost praise, 5 stars all around , service, professionalism, pricing , punctuality, they checked every box. Don't even bother calling someone else just call Vincent at 111 Leak detection don't waste your time with other company's.
