Marco responded quickly and came over the next day, even texting updates when he was on his way which I thought was great. He and his colleague evaluated the problem and quickly and efficiently fixed it. The price was reasonable, too. I will certainly use them again. Great customer service & very reliable and professional.

101 rooter came to my house and gave me free estimate , I needed my water heater replaced, they came and gave me detailed report of what was needed, there were other things I needed to do to bring my water heater up to code , felt very comfortable speaking with the owner Marco, so I decided to go with them, they did a great job , felt like the price was very affordable and didn't try to upsell me everything was up front. Marco and his team were fantastic. I had to get my gas line lowered for my new slide-in stove, and replace a disposal that a previous plumber only put a band-aid on. It is so hard to find a plumber that is fair and doesn't charge an arm and a leg! As a woman it is always daunting to try and find honest repair people that won't look at you and see dollar signs!

Marco and his assistant were so nice and professional. I called and they came over within like 30 min and unclogged my very stopped up drain. Super quick and easy. I highly recommend this company. I have never even written a review for Yelp but they were so awesome that I wanted to share this resource with other folks out there in need of a good plumber.

I had this disaster in my backyard and had to shut off the main water to my entire freakin house and I called Marco and he said I will you someone to check it out! In less then 5 minutes he found the problem and he started digging and a few hours later my issue was fixed! I had no water my backyard was flooding and no one could come out last minute! I was referred to them and I do not regret it one bit! On top of the fast work and the professionalism from the workers they were super nice and listened to everything I was concerned about and got it done! Thank you guys for your fast and hard work I appropriate it sooooo much!! I highly recommend 101 Rooter to anyone that needs any plumbing especially on a last minute emergency like mine!

FASTEST Response I've ever experienced! I was desperate to get my shower snaked. I found 101 and called immediately. The customer service was top notch and they were able to send someone that day. Marco was confident, quick and polite. He snaked the drain, and informed us of few parts we may need to replace and where to find them. I can't recommend them enough to fix any plumbing situation that arises. Thanks again!

It's not often that I write a review soo quick after using a service , but I had to after using 101 Rooter
Mom called to let me know that her water heater wasn't working for a few days. She asked me to help her find someone quick
Went on Yelp in the Boyle heights area and found this one. I called and spoke to Marco. Explained the situation and he told me he could be over in about 1/2 hour ! Talk about prompt service !
Sure enough he arrived in 1/2 hour. Called my mom to let her know he had arrived.
45 minutes later the problem was fixed at a great price. Called Marco to thank him for taking care of my beloved mom with her Heater issue. Pleased beyond expectations.
Will definitely use Marco on my plumbing needs at my home and will recommend his services to anyone that asks me
