I can't say enough positive things about our first experience using 100% Plumbing. My wife & I have been wanting to find a new plumbing team for awhile and found ourselves needing to locate where our sewer clean outs got buried during some landscaping several years ago. We used this as an opportunity to vet and price out a new company. We always try to stay local and family owned and 100% Plumbing fit the bill. However they earned our future business by being a model of how a good company should be run. I submitted my inquiry through their website and received a call back from Rebecca in the front office shortly thereafter. She answered my questions and put me in touch with McKinley who helped us sort out the job details and estimate thereof. I even got a follow up email from the owner making sure I had been taken care of and this was all prior to making the decision to hire them. Mike & McKinley both showed up within the window advised and were here for less than an hour, successfully helping to find both of our clean out drains (we thought we only had one). We also got an estimate for a new hot water heater while they were here and they made sure there was nothing else that they couldn't take a look at or help with while they were on site. Not only are 100% Plumbing fair with their pricing but their customer service was a home run from beginning to end. I would not hesitate to use or recommend this company for any future plumbing needs. Thanks so much!!

Our backyard spigot had sprung a leak. Every attempt to loosen the existing hose connection resulted in potentially blinding the entire spigot as it was frozen. 100% Plumbing's operator Rebecca immediately scheduled us and technician Tim came out within 3 hours. Price and solution were both extremely reasonable. Highly recommend these guys.

We hired this company for bathroom remodels. Scheduling was off and on the first day they arrived late and unprepared after taking the job. Three different plumbers on the job came and went and stated they did not have the experience for the job. We called the owner, Mont who begrudgingly arrived and was not professional and seemed angry. He had no idea of the scope of the work and blamed us for not having a general contractor for the bathroom remodels. He simply stated he did not need the job and was walking away and would not charge for the work done. He and the last plumber, Angel left abruptly and an hour later I found another leak and had to call them back again to fix the leak. Fortunately, we were able to find another company to complete the job.

The bottom line is this company showed no integrity whatsoever.

100% Plumbing has been a life saver!!!

Where do I even begin?! I've gone through 4 plumbers in the past 8 months and all were quick to take my money, but failed to do the job right or correct their mistakes.

Thankfully I was referred to 100% Plumbing And moving forward I will only use 100% plumbing. Soro the plumber was a rockstar! I will refer him to all my friends, family, and even strangers. Soro and Jose did not miss a beat doing the job.. They showed up on time each day putting in all new plumbing inside and outside of my old home. These guys are some of the hardest working men I've met. A job that usually takes a week or more was done in 4 days and done right!!! Soro even answered my calls, text, and communicated with my home warranty company on his Birthday (Talk about amazing customer service). Thank you guys for putting a stressed home owner at ease. My family can now enjoy our home with our new plumbing because of you.

This is NOT a review by a friend or relative of 100% Plumbing as some snarky readers might think or comment. So get a life.
This is my TRUE story.

I was in a bind because my water heater started leaking this past Saturday evening and I have an Old Republic Home Warranty and didn't think I would have an issue. I called them and placed a claim around 4:45pm and then told the rep that ""it's leaking bad onto my garage floor'. She said she would place an emergency Work Order and the service provider would respond ""quickly"".

(Side Note) The previous plumber who replaced the water heater only 3 years, 11 months and 27 days before never reinstalled the drip pan or the gas line sediment trap when they replaced the previous water heater (AAA Precision Plumbing...THEY SUCK-DON'T USE THEM, and refused to return to install these parts)

Well, after 3 hours, I didn't get any call, so I had to shut off the water and gas because I had to go to work. I waited all day Sunday and never received any calls even though Old Republic said I would when I called them back a few times on Sunday.

Finally, on Monday the ""Service Provider"" called me at 7am and said they would be out between 10am-2pm. Then within 1 hour they rang my bell. (guess I can't really complain at that point). They said because the water heater was under a parts warranty, I would have to pay for the removal and reinstallation AND a processing fee for their workers to fill out the warranty paperwork to get my new water heater. And they would be happy to install the drip pan and gas line sediment trap but nothing else for the price of $875.00. Remember, the water heater itself was NO CHARGE!

Well, I lost my S*#t and told them forget it.

It was already 11:47am and I had previously used 100% Plumbing before for my irrigation system and for a water pressure issue and was very impressed by Mont and his crew. So I called Mont and the FIRST THING he said was, ""I'm Sorry you're having this problem"". I told Mont what I needed and that the heater was under warranty and I needed the drip pan and gas line sediment trap added. He said he could do it for $675.00 Complete! I asked him how soon could he do it, and he apologized and said he was busy and couldn't get out to my house till ""3:00pm later TODAY"".

YES, less than 4 hours later, his crew was in my garage pulling the water heater out and by 5:45pm, not only did they have the water heater installed and heating up water, but they also put the new drip pan in and the gas line sediment trap in,

But the crew ALSO installed 2 Brand New flex water lines, new copper feed lines, and a drain pipe to direct the water properly to not cause damage when this water heater inevitably leaks in the future. They even polished the copper lines to look shiny! I SWEAR they did! They even worked to make the solder spots look smooth! CRAZY!

Then when they were done, they cleaned up the area and even swept the garage where they worked.

SO, No I am NOT a friend or relative or a fake review for 100% Plumbing! But I would be PROUD to be any of those!

Mont and his crew are The Best. Forget those big companies and use these guys!

So, come on and let's hear the nasty comments. You're just jealous because your plumber isn't as great as 100% Plumbing! THANKS MONT!

We have been having the same problem over and over - not their fault - McKinley came - fixed and was awesome ! Vert reasonable priced and fast. He arrived earlier than expect but I appreciated the text message updates . Plus work is guaranteed for 2 years - great benefit ! Will use again - thank you again!

We needed a broken spigot on the side of our house fixed asap as it was leaking water pretty quickly. We called them this morning and they were out here within a few hours and replaced the whole thing! McKinley was great to work with and got the job done quickly. We were recommended them on Nextdoor and we can see why. Highly recommend!

Eddie was great! He took the time and care to install a tankless water heater in our home today. Everything was done to perfection. This is not the first time we have used 100% Plumbing and they never disappoint from the scheduling process to the tech arriving and completing the job. It's good to be 100% satisfied.
