I called 100% Plumbing to check for a possible exterior drain leak. After receiving a text that they were en route, they arrived promptly as scheduled and began their inspection. After digging a rather deep hole and having me run water in my shower for several minutes I was surprised (and pleased) to hear that there was not a leak. The water I'd noticed was a result of my neighbor flooding my yard accidentally. They restored the soil and rock in the dig area and it's not even noticeable.
Excellent work ethic and surprise! They did not charge me for their time and labor.

I called around 7AM and my garbage disposal was fixed by 1PM. The technician who came out was not only incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and competent, but also just a kind person. Even my dog liked him, and thats a hard sell.

Called and was able to send someone out the next morning to check out the smell under the kitchen sink. They fixed it in a decent amount of time for a reasonable price. The guys were very professional and friendly. I felt they knew what they were doing. Would definitely hire again.

Excellent and honest phone set-up. Repair person was actually early. He did the assessment free of charge as stated from the office. It was an irrigation leak which they do not work on in their business.

Honest company - will call them again if services ever required.

First time using 100% Plumbing and I am so impressed and relieved that I now have a trusted plumber! My 2 year old brand-new toilet began leaking at the base despite being caulked - not an emergency at all but they were available same-day. I opted for a next day appointment and the tech was right on time in the 2 hour window. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He reset my toilet and re-caulked it perfectly, removing as much of the old caulk as possible. Fair prices - I am hoping no more issues but I would not hesitate to call 100% Plumbing again! Thank you! :)
