He offered a potential fix but was concerned that it might not fully handle the job. He was very transparent about the cost and risks. I was also really surprised to learn that the first visit (evaluation and estimate) was free. I had him move forward with the work and it solved everything. I would absolutely recommend him and call again.

Lizzet ..2 plumbers showed up un prepared had to leave my house to go buy the part it was over 2 hours and they still didn't return as I called them they claimed they were on there way back the fact that they showed up un prepared bad experience will NOT be using them again.
