From the first phone call, Matt was very thorough in communicating with me. He scheduled same day service. James, the technician, immediately reached out to confirm. When James was delayed at the job before mine, both of them communicated with me. James also let me know when he was on his way.
James was very friendly. He communicated the issue so that I could easily understand it and quickly completed the repair.

; drain under house sagging and was partially plugged. The guys came out within 45 minutes of our call and went right to work. Very efficient. Used auger on main waste lines, fixed washer drain which had been installed incorrectly years ago, made recommendations for a slow-draining sink in guest bathroom. All in all, a very efficient and excellent job. The guys were professional and friendly with very helpful hints and recommendations abut fixing our drains problem, Impressive and we highly recommend 100% Plumbing. We're having them back in a couple of weeks to do more work too!

Matt coordinated this project perfectly! James was our plumber. He did an amazing job installing a gas line for our outside barbecue. He was efficient and knew exactly what to do. Everything posted about this company is true: amazing customer service, hard working people, detailed estimate, recommended options, all great. So great that we came back to them within a month of installing our tankless water heater and asked for the whole house filtration without getting quotes from other companies. Matt coordinated all the work related to tankless and Josh was our contact for water system & reverse osmosis. We are so happy we found a plumbing company that really cares about customers and treats them as a family (their words but we sign off as this is true). It makes it so much easier for the homeowner to have a trustworthy partner!

Percent Plumbing did 110% great job!! Matt & Josh went above and beyond! They not only assisted to mitigate an immediate leak... But then returned to complete the process after parts arrived and helped to mitigate another huge potential problem that would've resulted in a large homeowners claim unbeknownst to us! (Prior owner failed to have the water softener properly installed). We enjoyed their ""good ole boy"" attitudes and friendly smiles :)

It's 8 at night. Our sink is leaking beneath and flooding the kitchen. We call this incredible man.

He actually identifies the issue over the phone, has me FaceTime him so he can walk me through fixing the problem so I don't need to pay for a plumber to come out. He patiently waits for over 10 minutes as I fumble with a P trap or something. Eventually, our sink is fixed. My pregnant wife, overjoyed. He doesn't charge us anything. Just wishes us a good night.

Matt was an absolute saint! He knew our issue with our sink wasn't a hard one to fix and offered to walk us through how to fix it over FaceTime rather than charge us for a trip out.
