Aaron V.Had an appointment for both me and my mother. Calls us less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment claiming they can't help us because they don't have the proper tools for mobile homes even though I've seen their van in our mobile home park servicing others multiple times previously. If this were true why wouldn't they just have told us they don't handle mobile homes right away? As far as I'm aware toilets are toilets regardless of if it's in a mobile home or regular home. Leads me to believe they decided they didn't want to help us due to believing we're poor which is really shitty so I have to assume they lied about not having proper tools. Shame on them.
