John and Kirk from 1 Tom provided great help in fixing my plugged sink today. A different plumbing company gave me a quote of $4000 to resolve the issue, and what they were proposing wasn't even on the right pipe. Chris was also very helpful in setting up an appointment when I called . They arrived on New Years Eve, with no expedite charges. I will be calling 1-Tom -Plumber for any plumbing issues I need help on in the future.
