Charged me just under $1,000 for a job in January to fix a 2 year old water heater. Today, April 2nd it's broken again. Obviously what they said was the problem wasn't. I called and the first thing they offered was emergency services after hours. They didn't want to work with me but wanted to find a way to charge me more for a job they never finished to begin with?. I would not trust them to get the job done and would recommend you go woth someone who stands behind there work.

replaced a bath tub faucet system...handle broke off. Replaced tub and faucets with a tub surround. quality work in time estimate. Customer satisfied with work. $7k cost. I have 14 properties. No way i should have been charged this much. Any decent plumber...$4 maybe $5k...no way $7k.

I will never use 1 tom plumbing ever again.

I received a $580 bill for having them come out wack on the pipes and then tell me I need to have the faucets replaced which they didn't do. The leak is worse and now I really have a problem.
