Absolutely one of the worst I've worked with. The person came to change my garbage disposal unit, looked at it for 60 seconds, said I needed a new one (which I already told them when I called) and proceeded to provide estimates that were completely unrealistic (huge markup). Turns out he could have offered cheaper options but tried to just push the most expensive - not exactly what you want to see from a company. Never trusting them again! On the bright side, I got to pay $60 for someone to come to my home and try to rip me off.

We had had continually worsening problems with our toilet not flushing. Finally got a plumber over here, and I'm so glad it was 1-Tom! They showed up at 2:45, and worked until 9:15 to get it fixed. They even bought us a brand new toilet. Even though they worked long hard hours, they remained kind and cheerful until the very end. They even put my wife's pink toilet seat from our old toilet on the new toilet. They are the absolute best plumbers I've ever had. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! I wish I could give them 6 stars!
