Jared was back last week for a blocked floor drain in our garage. Again, this was handled in a friendly and professional manner, and at a good price. A secondary blockage was found in a hall bathroom and this was solved also. 1-Tom-Plumber will be my only plumbing services call from now on!

This is the first time I use this plumbing company and I definitely will use them again. I like how they send out photos of the individual they are sending out so you know who to expect Our plumber was Jose Camacho. I appreciate how he called a little while before arriving to let us know that he was on the way. When he arrived, he listened to what my needs were and he went to work and took care of everything I needed him to take care of. Very pleasant, very professional and was willing to answer some questions for me regarding future projects. I definitely recommend this company and Jose Camacho.

Had to schedule an emergency visit due to a big box store dropping the ball on a dishwasher installation leaving me with no working dishwasher, no water and live wires sticking out of my floor. The plumber who came out was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Got everything done and even fixed a leak in my sink that I was unaware of due to the dishwasher issues I was having. I highly recommend this company and Kaleb who took care of everything!

Let me start off by saying I was very very pleasantly surprised by this company. As a society, we UNFORTUNATELY tend to go with ""name recognition."" With that said, I have never heard of 1-Tom Plumber before in my life.

Going by name recognition was my biggest mistake in this process. From my initial contact with their scheduler, to (Issac Hirth) the technician that came to my home, I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED!

The scheduler asked the most appropriate questions as it related to my service request. They were informative about the pricing and did there due diligence in giving me a ""ballpark price."" they afforded me options as it related to times, and days that they could respond to my call. My observation was that the scheduler went out of their way to try to make my problem, their problem and find a solution that worked for everyone.

Now, as it relates to the technician, he arrived at the time that was quoted, was smartly, dressed, professionally, representing the company in a vehicle that let you know who they were, and what they did. He asked multiple questions, looking at the problem from the inside of my home, as well as the outside of my home, and did not bring any tools out until he had asked a plethora of questions, and found out exactly what needed done and formulated the best way to attack the problem.

He was very open to humoring me during the process answering questions, explaining what he was doing as he did it, and telling me what he saw as the issues that they could (and did) address/remediate.

Mr. Hirth was on station for approximately one hour and 45 minutes and when he was done, my problem was gone! Now you're gonna say well hey that's what he was paid to do. Hey, he did his job Yatta Yatta Yatta well in addition to that he contacted peoples gas spoke in great detail with the peoples gas technician, and. Had the driver who had previously cut my gas off (because of the leak) back out to my home within 30 minutes to do a final inspection and put his stamp of approval on it, there by having my gas turned back on.

Now here comes the greatest part of this the technician did the minimally invasive things necessary to remediate the issue and charged me the price that was in the ballpark quoted by the scheduler. Other companies (big box well named Pittsburgh, heavy hitters) Wanted to charge me over 91% more than I paid to have the same exact job done by 1-Tom Plumber.

I have saved this vendor into my Rolodex of ""important people"" and have farmed their name out to everyone that I know that needs a plumber. If you have followed me in the past, you know my tagline, I vote with my dollars and my feet well in this case, I used my dollars in my hand, and both of them will be contacting. 1-Tom Plumber again if I ever need future plumbing work. If you need a Plumber, these are the people to call I give them five out of five stars!!

Jose Camacho with 1-Tom-Plumber was a lifesaver on Sunday, May 26th over the Memorial Day weekend. Our residence experienced a clog in the sewer line & the result was murky water overflowing onto the hardwood floor. After an internet search for emergency plumbers, we found a company that makes emergency calls, including weekends. Jose arrived at our residence approximately three hours after the call. The clog was unstopped before his arrival, however, Jose completely checked our system & pointed out a few features we needed to know for future observation & did this in a very professional & friendly manner. We highly recommend this company.

My floor drains in my basement and laundry room were completely backed up. I called one Tom plumber, and they were very responsive to my request. The two gentlemen, Larry and Jose, were more than polite and professional. They were on time and completed the project in a very short period of time. I said they were two angels coming into my home and I would recommend them to anyone. I believe their pricing is fair.
