I had this company come out to open a backed up sewer drain. The first time that came out was on the weekend so they charged an extra fee of $250 just to come out then $300 to open the drain. A day and a half later I got problems with the sewer again a gentleman from the office calls was a little bit of an says someone will come come out camera to see what the problem is. Two gentlemen came out, used the camera snake to drain a little and told me my entire pipes from my house to the main drain at the street and under the floor in my house needed replaced that they were broke and then I would keep having the problem. And sent me a $24,000 estimate to fix it (I found out later ) I called an excavator. He did not believe what they told me. Thank God had me get a hold of a different plumber, who came out found that that this company had only punched a little hole and that's why it started to drain the first time they were there, clogged back were no broken pipes. It has been several days since the second plumber came out, opened up the entire clog, and I've had no problems since. This place is nothing but rip off.
