As always, 1-tom is the best! I always call them when something goes wrong in my ancient house. Manny and Chelsey were wonderful, and made sure everything was taken care of and we had some good laughs! It's so nice they have their sister company icon as well, as I'll be needing them both for this job. You can't go wrong with these guys!

1-Tom-Plumber, like Dial-Duron, Freedom Plumbing, etc, these big plumbing companies are really sales organizations that are way overpriced. I called 1-Tom-Plumber yesterday, Sunday, for a clogged toilet. The dispatcher said it would be $150.00 service call plus the fix. I asked how much to run the snake through the line. She said she didn't know but that unclogging toilets started at $299 (she knew). When the tech arrived he said it would be $565!! I almost fell over. I said to run a snake through the line?! He said yes and the proceeded to show me the menu of pricing on his tablet. These big companies are crooks. Use local small business plumbers. I have one coming today for $225.00 to do the same job. Even paying the $150.00 service call plus the $225.00 I'm saving $315.00. Bigger doesn't mean better or more cost effective!!

My kitchen sink has been a nightmare for years, until today...I couldn't take it anymore. Sinks not draining at all. Thankfully Josh and Nick came out, worked their magic (which was not an easy task), and got everything running perfect! Very friendly, hard workers, on time and affordable! I recommend them highly!

Positive first impression. However, seven months after the initial repair, my toilet started leaking again and they said that the part that they replaced was no longer under warranty. The warranty expires after 30 days.

Called this morning and Joey showed up early!!! So happy to see him.
Quick response after being 3 days without running water and our attempts
to fix the problem were unsuccessful. Joey was very polite, professional
and knowledgeable. After a quick estimate, got n the job and it was fixed
in less than an hour!!! Very great service!! The cost was very reasonable.
We will always keep 1-Tom_Plumber in mind. Will definitely use them again!!!

Called first thing this morning and they got here within the hour! Ive paid 2 plumbers to fix what Fred and Keean ended up finding and fixing. Just when I thought there werent any reliable, motivated and honest plumbers left, they came through for me! Wish I could have given 10 stars! They make a great team! I WILL definitely recommend!
