My sub pump in my basement stopped working, I. Sled 1-tom plumber. I understand they charge for coming out, I don't have a problem with that, but he came in the house didn't even bother to touched anything. Or even open the cover and test the sub and automatically told me the pump is shot and I need a new one, mind you this pump is brand spanking new only one year old. He left I called a local plumber he came opens the cover cleaned it and boom it was working like new.

My main sewer line backed up, once again. Anthony came out within an hour of me calling. He was professional and courteous. He snaked the line and then sent a camera into the pipe to show me what is causing the backup. He said that the roots from my tree on the lawn were growing into the line causing the pipe to become blocked. I asked about reaming the pipe and unfortunately because it's Orangeburg it will collapse if I try to ream it. He suggested replacing the sewer line from house to street. I'm having them come to give me an estimate this week along with a few others. Although they're a little more pricey than the past few guys that I had come and snake the line, I definitely recommend using them.

I had a brisk leak from a pipe in the basement and it was Saturday night. They responded within minutes and gave me the name of the plumber who was coming. The plumber, Tyler, texted me. He got my address and arrived within half an hour. He made the leak stop right away, then explained what repair was needed. He gave me a price. He fixed it and it cost what he said. No problems since.

Really great service! Great people to work with and Jeff, who installed our new water, is such a lovely young man, very professional and really did a great job. I forgot the other gentleman's name that came with Jeff but he was very nice, as well! Had a few bumps along the way and Jeff came right away each time I called and took care of everything. He's patient and explains everything well. Even the answering service at the office are all such lovely people. Highly recommend!

I called this morning for a repair on the water line coming from my hot water heater. THe scheduler, Hayley was pleasant and quite helpful. appointment was set for same day 2-4pm. the plumber, Jerry arrived a bit after 2, we went to see the problem, he explained the price, I ok'd, and he started the work - replacing a section of pipe and the joint between 2 water lines. The work was quickly done, and came out great. the area was clean after the work.
we did the payment transaction, and all was good. Jerry was very easy to deal with, knowledgeable, pleasant and did a good repair

We called 1-Tom-Plumber as an emergency consult and George was able to come immediately (within an hour). He was able to identify and fix the source of our leak behind our fridge within 30 minutes. He even came back after he completed his job and purchased us a water leak detector. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind and considerate. We would 100% use him again and highly recommend him.
