This was my second time using 1-Tom-Plumber and I was not disappointed. They are honest, efficient, and reliable. Most importantly they do not sell me something I don't need and always get the job done. I highly recommend this company.

Called this company to come out to fix a broken and frozen pipe. We agreed to a price and was assured to problem would be fixed. The plumber, Justin Doughty, left saying our water was back on. It wasn't. Tried talking to him. He refused to come out again. The next day tried to discuss the problem with dispatch. WAS HUNG UP ON!!! Tried to call back but no answer. This company is a Fraud. They are scamming people out of good hard earned money and the plumbing is still not fixed! They charge $140 emergency fee just to assist the situation, then give you a total for what it will cost to fix it. aAnother fee is also added to the emergency fee if you chose not to have the work done. They are LYING to the public. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU . EDIT:

I 100% stand by what I said. We were lied to and yes, I WAS HUNG UP ON BY DISPATCH. I was not the only one to witness both of these. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU about this.

We had a serious drain blockage. I called a couple of 24/7 plumbing companies on Thursday evening, no one was interested. Then TOM PLUMBER was next, no problem, someone will be there soon. Soon enough a plumber arrived, assessed the situation, and found the blockage, located outside the house. They needed a backhoe so they arrived early next day with one! Dug up the garden, OMG! There it was a complicated mess that had developed over time. This was repaired and we were having functional wastewater flow before the day was done. Thanks to Will and Joey for the stellar service, thanks again guys.

I was pleased to find a plumber who explained things well and didn't suggest that I have work done that wasn't needed. My toilet problem turned out to be an easy fix and Will found the problem immediately. He was professional and I will ask for him next time I need plumbing work done.
