Overcharge and techs are inexperienced. Called to unclog drain. Did not unclog drain and told me it needed another more expensive service. To run the snake down the drain was already over normal prices. Told them no didn't want the other service and paid them for the service they attempted to do and didn't complete. Called in another plumber who was able to unclog the drain by going further down the pipe for nearly half less of what tom plumbing charged me. Called them the next day to see if they could do anything about the charge, reduce it or waive it, anything. Was told no nothing they can do because unfortunately running a snake down a pipe isn't guaranteed. I won't ever use them again and will tell everyone who will listen about my experience.

1. Got my name wrong. 2. Got my address wrong. 3. Did not do the proper way to clean out roots. 4. Did not give me the photos and videos I was promised. 5. Gave an outlandish quote to fix 6 feet of shallow pipe replacement. 6. The so-called owner called me and argued with me about my review. I am a former plumber and civil engineer.
