Not happy with the service, I had a clogged sink so this guy came in and passed the snake through which didn't work, I have an unfinished basement where all the pipes are uncovered, I told him to go and check the pipes he didn't want to he only suggested to change the pipes brand new and I'd have to wait a week for that still with a clogged sink, he charged me $250 for an unfinished job very disappointed

My unit is 6 years old, not 15. I was overcharged plain and simple.

Here's the problem with companies like this- overhead. Fancy decals on their trucks, employees in matching uniforms, answering services- the customer winds up overpaying to compensate through $300 initial visit fees and inflated labor/parts costs.

Do yourself a favor and find a family owned/operated plumbing biz (I recommend Maupin) and pay a fair price for expert service.
