Positive first impression. However, seven months after the initial repair, my toilet started leaking again and they said that the part that they replaced was no longer under warranty. The warranty expires after 30 days.

Called this morning and Joey showed up early!!! So happy to see him.
Quick response after being 3 days without running water and our attempts
to fix the problem were unsuccessful. Joey was very polite, professional
and knowledgeable. After a quick estimate, got n the job and it was fixed
in less than an hour!!! Very great service!! The cost was very reasonable.
We will always keep 1-Tom_Plumber in mind. Will definitely use them again!!!

I am not complaining about the workmanship. Be aware that there is a minimum $259 charge. That is what I had to pay for less that half hour of work to replace a $10 shutoff valve in the toilet.

We had a drain back-up, of course on a late Saturday night. Our condo management contacted Nathan @ 11 P.M. Within an hour, tech Joe showed up and fixed the problem. Friendly & excellent service!

Our outside faucet suddenly became stuck on. I called 1-Tom Plumber to come to my house to repair the faucet and Michael came within a couple of hours and had to replace the faucet. Michael did a good job and we were back in business. It was much more expensive than I expected, but it was after hours and it's fixed. Thanks Michael.

Teenagers. Right after having a discussion about courtesy flushing when you have a monster dump, my granddaughter did just that and followed that by using an inordant amount of TP. Sigh. Her mom broke the news to me. I told them to put the seat down so I didn't even have to see it. I put in a work order and wondered how long it would take to get it fixed. Shudder.

Within an hour there was a knock on the door and a very pleasant man told me not to worry and he would fix it up. And he did, taking his bucket and plunger and left. I was so happy I didn't have to deal with that mess. Life is good.
