Shout out to premier service for unexpected plumbing needs. The last week of February came with brutal cold temps along with State Wrestling. Our hotel was at 100% occupancy when a water main burst in the middle of the night. I called dis-batch with an emergency situation. The service by the newly hired dis-batch employee was great as she could tell it was a big deal. She took my number and called me back directly once she had an answer when I could expect a plumber to arrive. Dalton arrived and immediately assessed the situation and created a plan to begin repairs. Dalton and his boss John arrived the next morning and began work on the water main break. The crew of several plumbers worked straight thru in frigid temps until the job was done. For Dalton, he had to put 18 hours in. So thankful for the expertise and ability to handle a job in such a timely manner of such magnitude. Our guests only had to go about 14hrs without water to their rooms. Our surveys from guests that were impacted by the break were all very understanding and impressed with the plumbers who were efficient in the repair.
Thank you to all the guys on site to fix the water main break at the Hyatt Place!

I had a leaky hot water faucet in the tub. I paid just over $750 for 3 days of nightmare. When Chad couldn't fix it, because he didn't have the parts, I understood, but the next morning, I discovered that the cold water tap wouldn't turn. The hot water tap was reinstalled in such a way that the knob now had to be turned the wrong direction to turn on, but at least it worked. Unfortunately, I couldn't shower myself or my son with only hot water. I called for them to come back out. They found that the cold water part was now broken - supposedly all by itself, due to age, even though it had been functioning before they'd removed it and reinstalled it the day B4. So, they installed the parts that they didn't have the day before, assuring me that he'd installed the higher quality brass that he'd agreed to the day before. I'll fix the hole in the wall that was left behind from the 1st visit, even though it turned out it was unneeded, since everything was done from the tub side. The water in the basement that occurred from not releasing the water from the tub lines after the main water shut off was turned off, my boyfriend took care of that (yes, he got to witness the drama of day 2 of having a plumber in the house), and I've had a fan set up to make sure my floor/ceiling joists fully dry, because there is a metal brace that I definitely don't want to rust out. The problem is, when I asked why the tub still leaked, he said it was because new parts do that at first. My boyfriend signaled for me to just get the guys out of the house, so I did. I called the company and was told it was against their policy to have a plumber that hadn't started the job come in and fix it. I told Katlyn that I wasn't letting the first plumber come in a 3rd time. I simply can't afford anymore damage and I don't have time to keep dinking around with a tub that is still leaking, and for $750, I shouldn't have to fix it myself. So, on the 3rd day, I was sent a different plumber. I asked to be shown the ""brass"" parts that were installed, and he pulled out two plastic parts. Ugggggh! So, I was lied to - by now, nothing could surprise me. He put new plastic ones in, because when he called his boss, he was told that he'd have to charge me extra for the parts the original plumber had promised, extra for labor, and extra for the time it took to up quality parts. So, I said ""no"". The company has taken all of my money. I'm broke. So, this plumber did fix the leak from the improperly installed part that the other plumber had put in (something about a tiny black rubber washer looking thing not being sealed properly and a spring being messed up). I asked if he could replace the cauking that the other plumber had removed and not replaced so that I can use my shower without damaging my home or ending up with water in the basement. He did. The 2nd plumber is obviously a professional, but I will never use this company again. The girl on the phone was repeatedly patronizing - just driving me nuts with that ""I understand, and I'm here to help you"" crap, but would not give me information on how they came up with such an outrageous price and would not let me talk to anybody that could make decisions. All I can say is thank goodness for YouTube videos, because I will be upgrading with higher quality parts just as soon as my Amazon order arrives. It's costing me $32 for both. I'll order a replacement main water shut off handle later, as I cut my hand on the one assistant broke when he was supposed to be shutting off the water, but my cameras caught him snooping through the basement. Katlyn keeps reminding me that ""we take video"". Well, so do I! I have a disabled son in the home, and have cameras to ensure his safety when I'm not in the room with him, so I wish she'd stop acting like the video is going to protect them or something. I have no intention of suing. I don't need the hassle. I do things the old-fashioned way: Share my experience (pics included on F.B.) with others in order to protect others from paying $750 to not be allowed to take a shower for 2 days, be left with clean-up and home damage, be lied to, or overpay for plastic pieces. Nobody should ever have to spend 3 days of their life getting a 15 minute job done! Downright disrespectful!

I had a slow drain. The technician came and cleaned the drain with a drain snake, although they did offer to clean it with a jetter, but at a much higher cost. Instead of using the 3"" floor drain, they use the 2"" kitchen stack, and their drain snake got stuck. I have had this drain cleaned before, and it was always done via the floor drain. They offered to jackhammer my floor and cut open the pipe to remove the obstruction they introduced, and it would be at my expense. I subsequently talked to 2 other drain cleaning companies, and they both said that the problem was operator error. I hope your experience with them is better than mine. Good luck.
