Jesse was awesome! He came within a half-hour of me calling, spoke to my landlord, and did everything quickly! I really appreciated that he took the time to explain to me what he thought the problem was and answered my dumb questions about garbage disposals. Jesse has done work for our HOA a few times, always doing a stellar job, with fair prices. We had a leak in the building recently and he re-arranged his schedule so that he could help us, and then returned with his son on a Saturday to finish up. JESSE IS THE MAN! Long Beach Gas determined that we had a leak in our gas line and had to turn off the gas to the house, at a time when it has been freezing by California standards. He arrived within an hour after I called him and spent the better part of a day searching for the source of the leak, including going under the house and in the attic. He finally determined that the source of the leak was the part of the line buried in the foundation . Rather than tearing up our floor, he said it would more cost effective to run a new gas line throughout the house. He was able to run the new line in one day and we are warm again. 1 Time is AWESOME!

I called in desperate need of an emergency plumber at 11 PM on Monday night. Jesse try to find his technician on call who was unavailable and came out himself.

We needed our sewer line snaked and bathtub drained after tenants put wipes in the toilet. Had he not come to entire apartments would've been flooded.

We can't thank him enough for his prompt and thorough service.

I've used Jesse at 1-Time Plumbing a couple of times now for a couple of different issues. The first one was some minor plumbing fixes along with a broken vent pipe in the attic. The last time was a defective sensor in a hot water tank. Instead of suggesting to replace the hot water heater, he was able to replace the sensor in a few minutes and save the extra expense!

He's been quick, on-time and very responsible. I've used a number of different plumbers in the past, but find Jesse to be very personable and does excellent work! I will be calling Jesse the next time I have a plumbing issue.
