For 10 years my office always had a weird smell. The way we always dealt with it was to open the windows for a few minutes and let the place air out. By the end of the day it was back again and we'd repeat the process. The other day James Stanfield, the owner of #1 Son Plumbing came to visit us for other business and he noticed the odor. Rather than just carry on, he asked me if I wanted to resolve it which of course I did. He explained the likely issue and scheduled to come back a couple days later. Within an hour, he and his crew identified the issue, fixed it and cleaned up. Honestly, it was the easiest construction I've ever dealt with and they did it all during business hours, careful not to disrupt the normal operations. I can't believe the odor is gone. I'm 1000% satisfied. Love you guys!
