This ""business"" is run by Brent Wilting. In the process of ""fixing"" our downstairs radiant floor heating and upstairs floorboard heating, he took off a part of the system that he said was inefficient and unnecessary. After his fourth visit and the system still not working, we called another HVAC company. Comfort Systems worked on the system for over a month and finally decided to put the piece back on that Brent had removed. Ever since then the system has worked quietly and efficiently and perfectly. Brent demanded payment of over $1000.00. When I requested a payment plan he not only refused but complained that he should have charged more.
