What else can I say about this man and his company, that hasnt already been said.... on time, respectful, kind, etc etc.....on a Sunday, i had a flud back emergency. He answered the call. Showed up, took care of business....On a sunday ladies and gentlemen, its his only day off, and he still managed to take my call. Do your self a favor and look NO further for your plumbing needs, and call 1oak jp plumbing... hes probably gonna hate me for this, but if there was 20 star review, i wouldn't hesitate to highlight them all. I already have him lined up for my next project.. thanks again boss, much appreciated.

i question his competency and business sense. first time out he came with his father and they did a good job clearing the line, working together.but very expensive. next time out without his father, not good. i question his ability to understand and to cope with plumbing problems. his father has the license; by himself, i would be concerned.

Called several plumbers for an estimate of some needed work around the house.

For starters, Erwin is the only one that showed up on time. He did a walkthrough and gave me some additional pointers of things that needed to be done (to be up to code vs. just to increase the price for cause).

At the time for the repair / installation, Erwin laid out his plan to me, and got to work. He's professional, shows respect (brings pads to put his tools on, wears shoe booties inside the house), and good at time management. Erwin also went through each bathroom he did work on to double check there were no issues and to get the air out of the lines before leaving.

Next time I need a plumber, I definitely know who to call.

We had a clogged line from our washing machine to our kitchen sink. Everytime we did laundry the garage flooded. We were told we needed to hydro jet the line. One plumber came out and declared the line was too corroded to hydro jet and our only option was to re pipe the line for between $8,000 - $9,000! Then we called One of a Kind Journeyman Plumber. Over the phone Erwin gave us an estimate and was so helpful. When he came out he moved our washer to get a better look at the pipes. He immediately pointed out our clean out valve and said he could easily hydro jet the line from there. He explained he was taught only fix the problem, if it wasn't broken leave it alone. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do, asked my permission to start, and was done so quickly. The price for the job was affordable and fair. Erwin is very knowledgeable and wants to make the customer happy. We are completely satisfied and will be using 1 OAK JP for all our plumbing needs. Thank you Erwin.

Erwin came out for our appointment and was very professional. He did a great job of explaining what he was doing while assessing and fixing our clogged kitchen drain. We're on the 3rd floor of a condo complex, so the piping was a little tricky to work out, but he managed to fix the clog and mended some piping underneath the kitchen sink while he was at it. Really great job and efficient. He suggested that the main line get hydro jetted, but we're passing that up to the HOA to resolve. Their rates are really reasonable.

One Of A Kind Journeyman Plumber. Are One of A Kind!I've had them come a few times to my house they are very professional, they are on time ,they always wear booties before walking in my house. They came out and snaked my shower and bathtub, also High Pressure Hydro Jetting my main sewer to remove all roots in sewer line. They even cleaned the bathroom spotless , when they were all done. With 1 year warranty on work done.I highly recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

My bathtub and toilet were clogged. I called Erwin on Saturday morning (as it was an emergency), and he kindly took my call and immediately came to my rescue! Erwin is a professional plumber, who is very honest and reasonable about pricing, considering it was an emergency on a Saturday! He was punctual - a must for a person on the go! He assessed the problem immediately after checking all the plumbing in the house and unclogged my drains in a timely manner.
